Don’t come here that much but when I am at my boyfriend’s place it’s a convenient location. Never super busy so the lines are short and the service is always fast. I’m at a Starbucks most days and this is one of the fastest locations in terms of ordering and getting my drink. I like that The Village apartments thought to out this location here for people who live here to have easy access to Starbucks.

Was around the area for about 2 weeks for work, and consistently hit up this place for a coffee fix and to get some work done. I wouldn’t normally write a review for Starbucks, but I have to say this location is pure awesomeness. My lattes and Americanos were always made to perfection. Thank you, perfect baristas.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks! The location is pretty discrete(inside the Village apt complex) so it is never too crowded. The interior is huge with 3 different open spaces for seating. One area has livingroom sofas that are comfy and great to bring your laptop or read a book. Most importantly the staff here are very friendly, helpful and all seems to be happy to be there^^

Extremely disappointed in this Starbucks and only am giving one star due to one employee named JOHN. The girl who took my order was so nice. I had a tad bit of a complicated order I guess. All I wanted was an iced coffee blended and John threw an absolute fit about it. He said numerous things under his breath about it and when I apologized he didn’t even look at me he just said well if it was my drink I’d just get a basic iced coffee… When he put my drink he made on the counter he said«here’s your ice blended iced coffee» in a very sassy tone and walked away with no smile or eye contact. When I was leaving the very nice girl at the front asked how it was and said if it wasn’t good then John could remake it for you — john then jumped in and said hell no I won’t. I could not believe how rude he was. I hope someone who is his boss can see this and realize how poorly he was treating his customers. Keep in mind no one else was in the Starbucks at the time so it’s not like they were super busy and I put them out of their way to make some crazy drink. It was at 3:45pm…on Friday. Other than this I usually have had really good experiences here.

This Starbucks is super convenient to me because I live in the building above it, but my girlfriend and I had a pretty piss poor experience with what seemed like a pretty disgruntled employee — I believe his name was John. My girlfriend, granted, is a little bit of a coffee diva and customizes her drinks, but isn’t too over the top whatsoever. This guy John gave her some attitude(passive aggressively) and then muttered something rude under his breath as we exited the store. Talk about some terrible customer service! I’ve stopped in this store from time to time and haven’t ever really had any bad experiences, except for this specific instance with John. John, the next time you feel bold enough to say something rude(assuming you’re sill employed here) I hope you look us in the eye when you say it. Management needs to train this kid up before his bad attitude spreads!

I love the spot. The palm trees a Lamborghini or Ferrari driving by every so often. And it’s a pretty big Starbucks. I like coming here to edit music and sip coffee. Sitting outside during the day is dope too. The staff is great, I remember when I used to deliver pizza and always bug them for free water. They always hooked it up.

Whoever said the best part of waking up was Folgers in your cup has never tried this Starbucks. This location definitely tops it all, there’s something about getting a latte here that tastes better. They are also quick to serve, convenient especially if you’re in a morning rush. It can get a little busy here, but thank goodness for mobile orders. Speaking of which, today I carelessly placed a mobile order to the wrong location(–_-«) and when I arrived here, they didn’t have it, which made me realize my mistake. I told them my error, and they didn’t even bat an eyelash and made my order. Bless their hearts, they saved my morning blunder.

The staff at this Starbucks is amazing(seriously). I am in this store every single morning and see how hard they work to provide excellent customer service. They have so many customers at all times of day and still manage to provide a good experience! Thank you Village Starbucks team for all you do!

I really love the ambiance at this Starbucks. Its got plenty of seating inside and out. The outside is my favorite(although it was better when they had the nice teak furniture outside which they unexplanably replaced with typical metal furniture). The lines can get long here depending on timing… but definately a favorite Starbucks location for getting together with friends.

For a Starbucks, this place really delivers. I usually don’t go to Starbucks anymore because I feel like the coffee is too strong or burnt, but I had a gold member discount so I decided to drop in and study somewhere new. I tried the new butterscotch latte with half syrup and I was pleasantly surprised that the espresso wasn’t burnt and it wasn’t sickeningly sweet either. The place is pretty large yet organized so that it feels cozy without people sitting on top of each other. There are a lot of tables with outlets for studying as well as comfy couch chairs for reading and relaxing, and on a weekday late afternoon, it seemed to have plenty of seats so I didn’t have to fight for a spot. I found a 1-hour parking spot quite easily, but was sad because I wanted to spend some time studying. Apparently there is underground 24 hour guest parking in the parking garage, which I have not been adventurous enough to find, but hopefully next time. The customer service was above and beyond any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girl working the cashier was so patient when my coupon code didn’t work, and put a lot of effort into getting me a discount. This was unexpected because most others would probably just say sorry and then move on. UPDATE: I went back on a Saturday afternoon and I think I was lucky enough to immediately find 24 hour visitor parking in the parking garage. I understand they try to limit visitors so the Starbucks can be used by the wealthy apartment inhabitants(what kind of bougie apartment complex has their own shopping courtyard and coffee shop) and honestly if I lived here I’d be mad at people like me who take up valuable Starbucks space for hours. BUT if you’re like me and want to pretend you can afford these types of amenities, go ahead and search for that visitor spot and get buried in your work! It’s much less stressful than parking in 1 hour and worrying about getting ticketed.

Favorite Starbucks in the area hands down. Some of the nicest staff. Even though there are closer Starbucks to my work, I always take the extra time to come to this one. Drinks always come up quick and are made perfectly. Not a single complaint about this place!

I live in the community so it’s convenient. Sometimes we come for a quick breakfast or my kids like an early evening snack… They are almost always busy and the orders are pushed through quickly… There is good seating inside and outside. I love where I live so it helps with the view. Service is always friendly. They can however put a little more effort in keeping the restrooms clean and working.

I was definitely underwhelmed by this location, but I guess my expectations were a little bit high based on the Unilocal reviews. First off, finding parking was difficult because I don’t live in the apartment complex. There were 8 – 10 spots available near the front of the store and all of them were 1 hour parking only. It seems like this might have been intentional in order to ensure room in the store for the apartment residents, which is fine. I guess if I lived in that nice of an apartment complex, I would be more likely to come here if it wasn’t overcrowded. It was crowded on a weekday mid-morning, however, and there was only one empty table to sit at when I arrived. The service was okay. A lady who was a regular patron(I know because of the way the baristas addressed her) cut in front of me in line and was still treated way nicer than I was. I feel like Starbucks is a generic corporation with the goal of reaching as many consumers as possible, but the service felt a little«exclusive» to me. It’s a Starbucks location, so pricing and drinks are pretty standard. It’s just too inconvenient of a location for me to regularly frequent. I was too paranoid about letting my 1 hour parking lapse to stay any longer; as a former Irvine resident, I know just how strictly parking is enforced here. P. S. It’s a larger than average Starbucks but the layout is pretty standard. There’s couches and tables and one bathroom by the entrance. Overall: Meh.

I just want 2 say how sad it is 2 me that everyone that works here is not friendly as customer service! It seems they pick and choose who they want to respond back to me I think that’s so RUDE! I always say thank u when I get my drink and I don’t get a your welcome back! maybe there should be more friendly people working @ this place!

Definitely one of the larger Starbucks locations. Service was quick despite it being first thing in the morning and the usual coffee rush. Seats at this location vary from plush couches and benches against the wall to your typical wooden seating for 1+1 seating arrangements. The seating arrangement outside was completely different from the majority of locations I’ve been to with the metal chairs and tables. This Starbucks takes it to the next level by having high end wooden patio furniture some with plush pillows others without. I have never seen so many laptops/tablets at one location, everyone working away having small company meetings and interviews. The internet speed was above average from what I’m used to working out of a Starbucks in the mornings, high DL and UL speeds despite what I would guess to be 20 – 30 devices connected to their network at all times. If you’re someone who enjoys working out of a coffee shop, I would highly recommend trying this location. Parking can be somewhat difficult if you do not live here, it is a neighborhood of high end apartments and the location definitely has its rush hours.

Some of the new staff here have no idea how to make drinks and when you ask them to make the drink again, they make the same mistakes. It’s as if customer service is something they do reluctantly. And who the heck decided that all of their drinks would be filled to the rim with milk? Whether you ask for a latte or a cappuccino the milk is always to the rim. Anyone ar Pete’s can make a better coffee with their eyes closed and their hands tied behind their back.

So the great things about this location are convenience(walking distance since we live in the complex nearby), the staff is always friendly and helpful, the coffee is made right every time, and the inside of the store is very clean and has a decent amount of seating options both inside and out. Bad things are that the outside area always has loud /large groups, trash bins are piled up and unusable, lines can get long and it does take a bit of time to wait for drinks, and the parking, if you drive, is pretty limited. Overall: B The things that are negative about this location are things that are really beyond their control, and the staff being so friendly makes it easy to go back!
