So today I went ahead and ordered the Strawberries n crème Frapp.(even though I was told not to bother trying it) and I loved it! I’m glad I took the risk. Now I have a new favorite!!. :)

Very clean and open store, friendly employees that where more then happy to make a new coffee for me if I didn’t like the cold version of what I wanted to order(what they recommended with this hot weather) turned out to really like it and certainly helped me cool down.

Do NOT buy any Starbucks containers! They will leak and Starbucks will just tell you that they do not have warranty on their containers so basically«too bad so sad». Stop giving your money to this big corporation that does not care about its customers and instead support local owned coffee shops.

Awesome. Hadn’t had an iced green tea latte in a while and for some reason everywhere else can’t make it right. Today was different and my green tea latte was made perfectly. The baristas were a little preoccupied with a customer who looked as if she was purchasing a whole lot as her tab was pretty high with gifts. She was a little indecisive but, all good. Another barista came out from the back and called me over to take my order and ring me up so I didn’t have to wait. The code for the drink was written perfectly, my name was spelled right and the barista Jeremiah made my drink ‘old school’. Other Starbucks make it super bad like, they think shaking it in a shaker is good or they put the powder in first. No no no horrible! But Jeremiah made it right, the liquids them the ice and topped off with that matcha green tea powder, capped and swirled by hand on a flat surface. That’s what’s up man! He was taught right! This drink is pricey so I don’t buy it often from here but, good to know this is a well taught store! Oh and everything else is cool too, good parking, patio, inside seating and a restroom. Clean. Good volume level but, not too many outlets but, all good they have the phone charger rings in the tables. Oh and they have a clover machine for the coffee reserves! And it seems like they’re always cleaning. Which is good.

I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich and it came all fancy and deconstructed –the turkey bacon was glued to the wrapper by the Gouda and outreach other component was on its own next to each other. A bit too fancy for me, I like my breakfast sandwiches easily eaten.

This place is literally in a walking distance to me. I just i have to take the stairs down to go to this spot!:) Only thing one thing i hate about this spot is the parking. during the day time parking is just a really disaster! Baristas are Awesome. Drinks gets ready much much faster than any other spots. Food is always fresh! Order your drink online if you want to avoid the line sometimes:)))

The service and speed of drink delivery has really improved over the last 6 months, especially with mobile online ordering. On multiple occasions, I have ordered my drink while walking over and it’s ready before I arrive. The staff is really doing an excellent job to make this location feel like your home away from home. Parking can be limited in the afternoon, but there is an additional parking structure behind the LA Fitness in the center. There is free wifi and wireless battery charges available at this location.

This Starbucks is my favorite one to go to ever! First of all, they open at 5/5:30AM which is good for most people like myself that start work super early during the week. Also, the wait if never too long and they always remember your name which I love! The baristas have so much talent too. I ordered a green tea latte with coconut milk and it was amazing!

Avoid this location at lunch hour during the week. Actually avoid this entire shopping center. Write to Park Place and tell them they need to fix the parking problem. Anyway, drinks here are fine, service is just fine, getting there is worse than getting dental work. I’d rather get dental work.

One of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to! The workers are friendly, they make drinks with integrity, and keep the store clean. I come here all the time and, while the line can get long, they get you through quickly enough. I’d hesitate to come to this plaza at noon on a weekday — it definitely can take longer to find parking than to get your drink.(Park Place? More like No Parking Place, yeah?) But despite the parking situation, I find myself regularly stumbling over here during their busiest hours anyway. Once or twice I’ve tried to avoid the parking situation and ended up waiting like five times as long at a drive through Starbucks down the road and getting the wrong drink anyway. Just come here, they do everything just right!

This is a Starbucks, and it has a set of corporate standards to meet. I think it does this with their products, and speedy but friendly staff. It would be nice to see a little differentiation from the Starbucks norm. One way in my opinion, is to be more conscientious of the little area with sugars, napkins, creams, etc. Like all Starbucks I have been to, this always seems to get depleted and out of sorts quickly when the place is busy. Maybe giving this area more attention during busy times would help? As for the quality of the coffee beans, roasting, etc., it is Starbucks and in no way should it reflect on a single location, unless they are somehow compromising the expected product. I go to Starbucks and expect Starbucks coffee, not the taste of another vendor. When I want another taste, I go to the other vendor. I do like the Starbucks Americano and the rare, but delicious Kona coffee.

During weekdays is so busy. Go to another branches for seating a while. Grab and go is OK. Weekend is less busy. I like to come here for refreshment after Gym :)

I have to say, although traffic was crazy coming in at 5pm on a weekday, the barista was very kind & speedy. There was very little waiting in line, I was able to order my drink quickly(a skinny cinnamon dolce latte) and it was made perfectly, with a smile. I visit a lot of Starbucks and a lot if them are average. I found this Irvine location to be similar to my favorite spot in Brea(at Valencia & Imperial) friendly and comfortable to be inside. I would definitely brave the traffic for the great service in the future.

Nothing to complain about. Same as most other Starbucks. Usually I don’t visit this location but a lunch meeting brought me to the plaza. Can get very crowded during the lunch hour(which was when I went) so beware for that. I assume same will be for the morning. However, despite the long line, we received our coffee fairly quickly. One of us bought one of their new sodas and I had an iced americano. Very bitter, make sure you add a little sweetener. Parking lot can also become pretty packed so plan time accordingly. And expect to park in the back of the lot and walk a ways(for anyone who goes to work in heels).

I come here almost every other day for my work lunch break just to get away from the office. All the baristas are SUPER cool and fun. They all try to remember my name and most do recognize me when I go! Awesome staff. What I like most about this place though, is the outdoor seating area. I come here very often, even off work and sometimes weekends to do some extra studying. I love the chill vibe that the arrangement outside gives, which is why I would choose to come to this Starbucks than the other ones. The only reason it’s not 5⁄5 stars is because sadly, the coffee is just… Starbucks coffee, and not specialty coffee, but it is what it is, though I would really, really love to give this place a perfect score.

Excellent service. The Barrista CHRIS introduced me to Teavanna’s Pinepple Kona tea — it was stellar, I’m hooked.

Starbucks Coffee Starbucks Coffee’s headquarters is lcoated in Seattle, Washington and #1 coffee brand in the world. (21,536 stores in 64 countries and territories, including 12,218 in the United States, 1,716 in China, 1,330 in Canada etc.) *. History: First branch was opened at Seattle on March 30th, 1971 and then it rapidly expand its branches between 1987 to 2007 like 2 branches almost every day. Original Starbucks established by English teacher Jerry Baldwin, history teacher Zev Siegl, and writer Gordon Bowker who were alumni of Univ. Of San Francisco to serve high-quality coffee to the customers. First branch was located at 2000 Western Avenue from 1971 to 1975 after that it was moved to 1912 Pike Place Market which is still exist. At the beginning, they only sold Roasted whole coffee beans, and they did not brew coffee to sell but they just gave free sample coffee to taste to sell whole coffee beans. In 1987, Original owners sold Starbucks to former employee Howard Schultz. Howard Schultz has been focusing on strong taste and Italian style espresso coffee. *. Logo: «twin-tailed mermaid, or siren as she’s known in Greek mythology» She has been attracting us to drink coffee every day!

Starbucks’ specialty is not the quality of their coffee, but rather their extraordinary level of customization, exceptional customer service, and friendly attitude. What made Starbucks so popular this past decade was the personalized experience offered to each customer. By including the patron’s name on the cup of each drink and calling out orders individually, each customer can connect with the barista who hand-crafted his or her beverage. It’s also easy to send a drink back for correction if it were prepared incorrectly or not made the way you wanted it. Customers will not leave without receiving first-class service. Another signature of Starbucks is the ability to customize. You can order drinks in any size up to 32oz and then add any ingredients, in whatever combination you can imagine. People’s creativity have led to sugary«secret menu» concoctions full of whipped cream, syrups, dessert toppings, and artificial sweeteners, which transforms the beverage into something drinkable for people who do not enjoy the natural taste of black coffee or espresso. These two strengths propelled the Starbucks brand into spreading worldwide. Starbucks’ spacious facilities became very easy to access in metropolitan cities. It served as a convenient place for a local meetup, a casual first date, an informal business meeting, or a temporary laptop campsite since Starbucks does not charge for Internet access. Unfortunately, Starbucks struggles most in the quality of their main product, coffee. As many coffee enthusiasts have mentioned and complained about, Starbucks’ beans are roasted beyond the recommended temperature or duration, especially the espresso blend, «to feature a fuller body and robust flavors». Over-roasting releases oils stored inside the bean to its surface, rather than doing so during the grinding and brewing process, so the unique profile and nuances of beans originating from different regions is lost. Many of Starbucks’ medium and dark roasts, even the single origin Reserves and their seasonal signature secured from the Casi Cielo farm, feature nothing but bitter, sharp smoky, and subtle spicy flavors. It’s also shocking that Starbucks sells stale coffee. At this shop, the shelves are stocked with packages with no roast date labeled, which is likely done because Starbucks doesn’t want you to know that the beans were actually roasted up to several months ago. What a waste of time and resources for Starbucks to source premium green beans from exclusive farms and lots and then sold as «Reserves» even after they had become stale. I also have high doubts that the beans used at this Starbucks store were roasted within 2 weeks, which is the average lifetime of a bean after it is roasted before the bean begins to deteriorate due to gradual oxidation. Starbucks was the café where I ordered my first cup of coffee. After a year of being a customer, I think that Starbucks’ environment and customer service are exceptional, but their coffee should only be consumed for its caffeine content and stimulating qualities rather than taste. I would rather take a cold shower than finish a cup of over-roasted Starbucks espresso.
