Spencer is a great real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend using him if you are in the Orange County area. He gave me excellent real estate advice and truthful knowledge about properties and research. Unlike other agents, whom are there just for the sale, Spencer will tell you the truth. Do not trust those negative reviews. They were bad tenants that did not may a payment. They are trying to retaliate for not paying their rent to his client.

In working with Spencer, I have found out that he is a honorable and easy to work with. He readily answers questions with an unbiased opinion. I would do business with him anytime :)

thank you for your response. I do agree this is a wrong venue to communicate my (our) complaints however if you answered your phone, emails or numerous certified letters perhaps we wouldn’t be here.
You were and still are a managing agent at the property we rented. As such, you assume to responsibility of actually managing said property. Managing entails many duties — one of which is being available in case of emergencies. When said emergency occurred at our residence (which you manage) due to your inability to keep up with the bills — you were not only unavailable to resolve the issue, but informed us you are on vacation & will take care of things when you get back in a few weeks.
Your response only illustrates my point — you are unreliable, untrustworthy and know very little about property management. Your choice to reveal confidential information about your tenant speaks volumes about the service you provide — more so than any other 1 star reviews you may get in the future.

My husband and I bought our first house through Spencer. Throughout the whole process of finding a house we liked, Spencer was very accommodating with our busy schedule. He was always willing to meet after work hours, Saturday mornings, etc. We finally decided on a place in Irvine, however it was a short sale. Spencer informed us about the short sale process and explained that it might be a lengthy process. We placed an offer in June and through multiple obstacles and road bumps, Spencer was able to push our offer through with some impressive negotiation skills… we finally closed escrow in Dec and was able to move in by January.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to all of my friends and acquaintances that are looking for an upstanding realtor.
