Ray is a great fitness instructor who makes bootcamp fun for us all! My doctor suggested circuit training to help me lose weight and I did not really know where to start. Then I discovered ROC Fitness bootcamp. Going to bootcamp twice a week has really whipped me into shape. Thanks for all your help!

ROC Bootcamp is so fun! The workouts change every day so you never get bored. No matter what kind of shape you’re in Ray will make sure you get a great workout. Ray will never judge, he’s only there to motivate and help you reach your fitness goals. I came to him having not worked out in years.(Kids, sleep deprivation, preschool bills, blah, blah.) Ray motivated me to start working out again and I immediately started feeling healthier and stronger. Now my kids are bigger and run nonstop and I’m so grateful to Ray that I can keep up with them. I recommend Ray to all my friends. If you want to get(more!) fit, Ray knows how to help you.

I have been with ROC Fitness boot camp for almost two years. This is by far the best workout that I have ever done. The workouts are never the same, so you never get bored from them. Coach Ray is the most motivating Coach. He makes you want to try your hardest, and he pushes you to be the best that you can be. These workouts have transformed my body, and I haven’t felt this strong in years. It is the best way to start off your day! This is the best boot camp in the OC!!!

I have been training with coach Ray for over a year and can say I am in the best shape of my adult life. The workouts are great!
