Let me begin by saying I did not hire this company. However, I did want to commend Shegun on his honesty in telling me I didn’t need his services rather than just taking my money.
After opening eacrow and doing the home inspection on a property, mold was discovered. It was bad enough that I was ill after the inspection (I have fairly bad allergies). The seller agreed to do the mold remediation but I was advised to hire my own inspector to clear the area after the work was completed. Shegun contacted me via Thumbtack to offer his services and we spoke by phone. After explaining my situation, he not only said I didn’t need his help, he gave me the exact verbage to use to ensure that the clearance was done and also paid for by the seller. It worked! We are mold-​free and I didn’t have to unnecessarily part with my hard earned money.
So while I can’t comment on his actual services, I appreciate anyone honest to help you rather than just take your money. Truly commendable and a rarity in this day and age.

My wife and I hired Shegun and his crew to remove a chronic mold problem at our residence. Not only was our residence left mold free, Shegun has gone out of his way to provide exceptional customer service and has enough confidence to guarantee his work.

My landlord hire Shegun to remediate a mold issue in my apartment. The company used and sprayed the entire apartment with some unknown chemicals. When I walked into the apartment after, you could see the mist in the air. They did not take any precautions of warning me, or covering my clothing, bed, furniture, couch, etc. all of which I had to throw out after. The chemicals smell of chemicals persisted, I got sick from them and had to move out of the apartment because of this.

The fact I had cancer is NOT the issue and is no one else’s business. I wish the owner of this company would respect my privacy and stop telling everyone my private health history. The fact remains, he told his workers to use too much chemical and therefore damaged clothing which did not have mold and did not need to be treated. Prior to the work done, I asked repeatedly if I needed to move any clothes out of his way to get to the mold in the closets, and he said no. Only sections of our home had mold and we did not tell him to process additional areas and they were not on the contract. Prior to replacing the clothes, we had agreed I would replace all clothes that I could find, and during this time it was Labor Day weekend so ALL replaced clothes were bought at a huge discount already. The price did not go up arbitrarily; he damaged over 20 pieces and I replaced 20 pieces over time. Eventually we set on an agreed $ 624.50 amount and I waited over 9 months, with no calls or email communication back. When the owner finally communicate back (after repeatedly calling and emailing him over 10 times during a 3 month cycle), all he gave me was excuses. After a final demand for the agreed reimbursement, I sued them in small claims. As of 2÷25÷2012, I was awarded with winning the claim for the amount of $ 1010.83. So apparently, even the Superior Court of California Judge agrees that Pure R Space screwed me and owes me the money. The sad point is if he had not agreed to reimburse me in the beginning I would not have replaced the clothes and/​or, if he would have just paid me back after agreeing the original amount of 624 we would have not been in this predicament.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR SHOULD I SAY, FAKE COMPANY!!! My wife and I had Mr. Olora come to our home in Murrieta on a Saturday, he was here getting rid of some mold in two of our bedrooms. It took him and his wife (?) about 2 hours from start to finish. My children have been continually sick the past few months and I thought it may of been the mold, so I tried to contact Mr. Olora and he has never responded to any e-​mails or phone calls. I have never received any paperwork, before and after photos, or the supposed 10 year warranty that was included in the obscene amount of money we paid. DO NOT use this company! He has no license and is not reliable.
