Worse customer service Ever. I took my dad’s custom made jacket to this place (which I absolutely regret) for dry cleaning. I went with my dad to pick up his jacket the lady who is the wife of the owner gave me a jacket. I explained that the jacket they are giving me is not the one I dropped off. She insisted that Jones new York jacket is mine. I went there couple of time after to talk to the owner but he wasn’t there. On last Friday I got a call from him at 5 pm. He was really angry at me that why I have not pick up the jacket (that wasn’t mine), he even threatened me that he’s going to donate the jacket if I don’t go pick it up right there and then. To make the long story short, do not give your clothes to them. Rude and disrespectful owners. If Unilocal would let me do zero star I would but unfortunately that is not possible.

Worst cleaners ever. Rude and expensive. Shirts stink as if they weren’t even washed.

This place is WAY OVERPRICED. I live in the building right across from them so I went there out of convenience. I dropped off some dresses to be cleaned and my bill was outrageous!!! There is so much potential for this cleaner to be awesome if they would make their prices more reasonable… but for now, no thanks. Definitely driving a mile away to a better dry cleaners! Not coming back

Short version of this story. Don’t go here for your dry cleaning needs.
I thought I’d try this dry cleaner mostly based on proximity (yes, I am lazy). That was a bad call on my part. Not only is it the most expensive dry cleaner, they don’t properly maintain their equipment and dry cleaning solvent. This leaves your clothes smelling worse than when you started.
I took the items to my normal dry cleaner and he immediately explained the very unpleasant odor. Of course they dry cleaned my clothes for a reasonable price and all was well again.

I’ve been coming here for the past year now and they do a GREAT job. They’re always so courteous and friendly! Well worth the money. This is my go to cleaners! Great job guys!
Those of you who complain about the price, this is Irvine. Got to spend a little to live a little.

If I could give this place a zero I would! Way over priced. I don’t even think that clean your laundry on site! People are rude! Do not go into this place! They will rip you off and mess up your cloths!
