Kaliegh(the shift supervisor) was amazing. She took care of us without being asked. Our pizza had an error and she personally re-made them to perfection. She definitely went the extra mile to make our dinning experience memorable.

The pizza came out in less than 15 minutes, nice and quick. Not too greasy which is a plus. I’m not a huge fan of the thin crust because it was almost burnt. It was a very dark color. My daughter and I just ate the cheese off and the pineapple. It wasn’t the worst pizza, but it wasn’t really outstanding either.

This pizza is really really good! Thin and good taste, quality ingredients. I shared the small one with my husband and it was more than enough. You should definitely try as dessert the sweet pizza glassed with sugar and cinnamon, it’s so good! I’m giving it four stars only because the place was kind of dirty, the table and chairs, but nothing bad.

Not too much to say other than it was pretty decent. I felt like I was in a chipotle for pizza which is the point. Everything seemed fresh. I liked the Gluten free option, which I did choose. It is 2 dollars more than the regular crust. The line moved quickly. I would come back for sure, but not in a huge rush. Definitely a novelty, but the quick, build your own pizza idea is cool. Very clean as well!

A pizza place that gives unlimoted toppings at a flat rate of $ 8.45. Crust is great. The lines are long(bc everyone loves the pizza there;) but they are FAST at getting that pizza in, out and in your hands. My friend is in the military and gwve him a free pizza!!! Everyone is so sweet and cheerful even with it being so crowded and rushed. I also like the wall decorations and all the quotes on the wall;)

Pieology was one of the first«build your own pizza» establishments, hitting the ground running with a great choice of meat and vegetable toppings at a good price. Since then, there are now many copycat restaurants using the same formula. Pieology is still my favorite, offering a fresh selection and large clean restaurant, some with an outside patio to enjoy the nice weather. Most have plenty of seating. Oh, did I mention the thin light crust pizzas are fantastic?

Decided to give Pieology a try after hearing much hype and I’m sad to say that I am disappointed. It pales in comparison to PizzaRev(in Santa Ana location near South Coast Plaza). The employees at this Pieology location were not friendly, the work station was messy, and the crust didn’t hold up(soggy, not able to hold the pizza and eat it). My recommendation: go to PizzaRev. Better crust, more meat choices, friendly staff, beer/wine, and awesome soda machine.

I’m a fan! I love being able to customize my food order and that’s exactly what you can do at Pieology! They have some«restaurant favorites» that come with pre-selected toppings(I ended up getting one of their pre-selected meat lovers one). You can also pick whatever toppings you like as well, which is unlimited toppings for a set price. Pretty sweet! Pizzas are about $ 9 each and are good for two people — or in my case, for two meals. Fountain drinks about about $ 2. Pretty good price for what you get! They were quick and efficient bringing out my pizza once it was out of the oven. I believe I only waited about five minutes for my food after I ordered. The restaurant itself was clean and there was ample seating both inside and outside. My friend and I came in at 6pm on a Wednesday and they were busy, but not overwhelmingly so. Staff was also friendly and knowledgeable. I’d come back to Pieology and I’d definitely recommend it! Cheers!

I know it might be weird giving five stars to a pizza chain, but I really think Pieology has amazing pies! I love thin crust and unlimited toppings for $ 8.45(plus tax) is just amazing! This particular location is close to home and in The Marketplace near the stadium-seating Edwards theater. There are a few tables inside as well as several outdoor tables, some sectioned off for Pieology and others for public use shared among this plaza’s stores. Like most Pieology restaurants, you get in line and pick sauces, cheeses, vegetables, then meat in an assembly-line fashion. There are several workers manning different stations, from the various pizza creation steps to cash register to pizza oven baking to pizza cutting/plating, which makes for a very efficient process. At busy times(like during my visit), there may be a little bit of a holdup as the pizzas need some time to bake(though the oven is large so they can fit quite a few inside at a time). I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes though, before I got my hot, freshly-baked pizza! I tried the relatively new whole wheat crust option this time, and I couldn’t taste a difference. The crust was still nice and crispy, just the way I like it! Service here is almost always with a smile and friendly(the employees are trained well), and I have never had a bad Pieology experience. I’m not even the biggest pizza person, but I wholeheartedly give this place five stars! =)

$ 8 made-to-order thin crust pizza with a Disney World number of topping options and combinations! Staff were friendly and happy to explain the concept to a first-timer like myself. The pizza was crispy, just the way I like it! I could only eat half of the pizza, but I saved the other half for lunch the next day and it was still fine! Surprisingly, I liked the three cheese Alfredo sauce when I tried it. I am not normally a fan of Alfredo, but the ingredients description just somehow convinced me! And yes, if you offer it to me I WILL get both bacon AND pepperoni!

You usually don’t think of fresh pizza as fast food, but Pieology has figured it out. Also they make it real easy as all toppings are included so they don’t nickel and dime you. They don’t go too far away from standard pizza but the veggie selection is nice. Probably the only drawback is the crust is thin but that is how they cook it in just five minutes. I think the trade off is worth it and will certainly be back.

Reason why I love Pieology: I get a completely custom pizza for just $ 10. My pizza design usually is around $ 15 – 25 anywhere else. I get pesto and olive oil as my base, light mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, spinach, garlic, red onion, chicken, artichoke, green peppers, and more pesto afterwards. So good! The location is wedged in the back after the movie theatre so at certain times you might have trouble getting decent parking. They have plenty of seating outside and limited inside. The service is average. Note: for those who never been to Pieology it is like a Subway/Chipotle style pizza place!

One of the better customized you own pizza creation place. There are other places I’ve tried, but they don’t seem to be as good as Pieology. This place is a good, inexpensive and healthy places to grab lunch. Since the topping is unlimited for $ 7.99, I also load it up with LOADS of toppings. The crust is thin and crunchy and the toppings are fresh and yummy. My toppings, tomato sauce with Mozzarella & Rocatta cheese. Then, lots of olive, corn, artichokes, meatball, sausage, and chicken are the way I like them. Personally, I can only at half the pizza since I got so much topping on it, so it’s perfect for a light snack later in the afternoon.

MYFAVORITEPIZZAPLACE! I am a sucker for pizza — my comfort food! I don’t feel TOO bad after pretty much eating an entire pizza by myself and somehow still feel like that I choose a «healthier» option in comparison to various pizza places. Their pizza is loaded with tons of unlimited veggies! I am in love with their pesto sauce and the white sauce — both of them combined is my favorite! However I highly recommend having the pesto sauce after baking the pizza and sprinkle additional garlic on your pizza and you will thank me later. Affordable prizes and one is pretty satisfied after an entire pizza! Great location — close to veggie grill, Barnes & Nobles, coffee bean… tons of options to eat and also the Edwards movie theater is right next to it. There is ample amount of parking available, and the location is very close to 405 freeway. It has outdoor seating as well indoor seating — however many times I have ate here I have opted to seat outside. It does tend to get little busy but the line moves pretty fast. All the employees here are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and making small conversation with you. I enjoy coming here! P. S. I love quotes hence I am fan of their décor [an entire wall of quotes].

A Pieology finally in Irvine! No more need to venture out to Fullerton for some delicious pizza! I love the fact that for less than $ 10 you can customize your own pizza like a Chipotle-style joint where you can choose as many sauces & toppings for your pizza! There’s also an option for your choice of after-bake sauce. I highly recommend the pesto after bake because it really brings out the flavors. Overall, super delicious! Parking is easy as this place is located in the same lot as Office Max and Barnes and Noble. It’s super close to the Edwards theater! Will definitely come again!

+ Good prices + As many/much toppings as you want! + Plenty of inside and outside seating I was glad to find this Pieology location close to my home. Sadly the line was VERY long(outside the restaurant) to the point where an employee had to coordinate traffic in and out of the doors. Perhaps it is the norm for a Friday night? I’m a big fan of these«customize your own pizza» type of places such as Blaze. For a very reasonable price, you are able to create your own pizza and add as much or as little toppings as you wish. Some people really pile it on. Want to make a pyramid of cheese and olives? Sure, go ahead. Can’t decide and want to order a pre-made pizza off the menu? Yeah, you can do that too. The quantity of food you get for the price is very good. In fact, unless you are very hungry, there’s a chance you won’t be able to finish a single pie yourself. Even with the extremely long lines that day, there was plenty of seating both inside and out.

Good pizza. We got the meat lovers and buffalo chicken. I love how its unlimited toppings, which is a deal for $ 8 each. The pizzas are big enough to share for smaller stomaches. A couple negatives. 1) It gets way too crowded on the weekends. Not sure if it’s worth the wait. 2) They need beer! Friendly staff. We’ll be back on a weekday.

When you think of Pieology think of thin crusted pizza laid out in a thin flat circle brushed with light oil with customized sauce and the toppings you like. I like how you can control the amount of sauce and toppings on your pizza when I am more health conscious not liking salty or greasy food. I am especially very picky of how my pizza needs to be when its loaded with carbs. I love thin crust pizza when its more light maybe not too diet friendly then still better than thick crust pizza. I got my pizza customized with marinara sauce, basil, tomato, garlic, pepperoni, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. If you really aren’t a fan of salty foods don’t get the pepperoni or too much cheese when it makes the pizza salty. I felt very thirsty. I really love the pizza here and will be back soon to enjoy another pizza. Good size portions for one meal per person. This location seems really busy even after I finished eating there still was a line of people waiting to be served. There is a good amount of seating inside and outdoors. The restaurant is kept up.

Long lines are a pain. The best restaurants have long lines. This place gets out of control busy around dinner time. It’s really quiet around 2−3pm but other than that, pretty busy. All the employees are nice, that can be argued but I don’t really care about service unless they’re messing up my pizza or messing with it. The managers are cool, there is seating inside & outside. I always make my own pizza, here’s a tip: Don’t add the ricotta if you want a soggy pizza!!! Ricotta just weighs the thinness of the dough down and soaks itself in it so if that happens, now you know. I add pesto on top of my pizza and I think a few months ago they just added MEATBALLS to the topping? Awesome! So yummy!
