«+» A+ customer service. It felt like they really enjoyed working there and they were very enthusiastic. I left one of my T shirts I wanted to get in the changing room, even though there was someone in there, they still did their best and got it for me. They even helped me mix and match clothing and showed me all the deals.
«-» I really disagree with the prices though. For one pair of cargo shorts ($ 50) and swimming trunks ($ 60) was a grand total of $ 110. This would be a 5 star if the prices were more reasonable and lower.

Super friendly customer service here. I was shopping for my teens, and an employee (I don’t know her name) was very helpful. Come to this store. They sell Brandy Melville stuff too.

I had just come from Brandy Melville where the customer service was TERRIBLE. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. Luckily my shopping experience was completely turned around when I was greeted by Nicole (at least I hope that her name). She was VERY attentive and almost felt like my personal shopper. I told her that I had plans to go to Coachella the next weekend and she told me she had just come back from a PacSun event at Coachella so she already knew they styles I was looking for! I don’t think I have ever had a better shopping experience in my life, which is saying a lot because Nordstroms (which is known for their service) is one of my favorite stores. Honestly if Nicole isn’t running the store already she should be, you can tell she loves fashion and loves to help customers no matter what they need!

Great clothes. Nothing much more i can say. They are great. Go to their store!

I really like this Pac Sun, I recently started shopping here (usually I would just walk by) and I’ve been pleasantly surprised! I found a few really cute items that were reasonably priced (a good $ 10 – 20 less than Urban Outfitters).
It’s pretty small but the clothes are cute.

Oh PacSun what’s happened to you? It’s been a few years since I’ve visited a PacSun store and it’s a little disappointing to see that their product lines have become a little generic. Nothing really stands out anymore when compared to their competitors.
The staff here were nice, they greeted my friend and I and offered their assistance.
Pretty much just a standard retail experience now.
