Orange Coast Laser Vision Center

OC Laser Vision Center is a relatively new clinic in Irvine. I am very satisfied with the entire experience I had there. If you are considering corrective eye surgery, definitely check out this clinic. Here is a list of reasons I like this business establishment:
1) Excellent care — Dr. Johnson and his counselor, Alba, are very knowledgeable, informative, and kind. Every time I visited (consult, pre-​op, operation, post-​op, follow ups), they provided plenty of information and happily answered all of my questions. They are very personally attentive compared to most doctors. That is actually the main reason I chose to get surgery there. The facility is also excellent, with state of the art equipment and utmost cleanliness.
2) Great customer service — they really try to make you feel comfortable. I rarely have to wait when I visit. They flex their schedule around yours, so if you work during the week, they’re willing to meet you on Saturday. The first time I visited, I actually did wait for the doctor about 45 minutes but I didn’t mind because Alba and I talked about procedures. Plus there is a nice variety of magazines to read and good relaxing, loungey music to listen to. The office is very comfortable to wait in– the décor is interestingly contemporary, with vibrant colors and a meditative touch (with aromatherapy and Buddha figurines). The doctor designed it all himself. quite a well-​rounded man! Oh, and the reason I waited that first time was that he was performing complex surgery on a man who’d flown in from some state like Texas. Dr. Johnson is one of several physicians in the entire country who can treat floaters (really bad ones, that terribly interfere with vision) so people come from all over to get treatment with him.
3) Affordability — They offer various financing options. The procedures are very affordable. I got an excellent deal for my type of surgery. I know that some clinics around here would have charged twice as much. It’s quite moderately priced.
4) Independent business — Most laser eye clinics are part of corporate groups. I was glad to support this independent business in OC.
5) I LOVE not having to wear glasses or contacts now. My surgery was successful. It totally rocks. I am so glad that I went with Dr. Johnson.
