Mr Build Construction

I recently hired Mr. Build to remodel a bathroom. The bid was very competitive and Ami reviewed the scope of work in detail prior to drawing up the contract which put my mind at ease right from the beginning. I also really appreciated the excellent suggestions he made on how to maximize the space in the bathroom. The crew was professional and courteous and treated my home with care. Any unexpected issues were addressed quickly with no additional cost to me. The project was completed in a timely manner and I’m thrilled with the results! I would definitely use Mr. Build on any future projects.

We took several bids for our kitchen remodel, which included opening kitchen to include our family room, and also reconfiguring our downstairs powder room. Ami came from Mr Build to review the plans drawn up by our interior designer and placed a very competitive bid. Ami also explained that his bid would be «final» — he would not add more charges if there were some issues along the way (if he ran into a rotted beam that needed to be replaced or something like the usual plot twists on house remodeling TV shows). Based on references, we chose to go with Mr Build.
We have used other contractors for previous projects, and Mr Build was the best experience we have had. When we encountered a few unexpected issues, Ami resolved them to our satisfaction, as well as for our designer and the city inspectors. And true to his word, there were no additional charges to resolve a couple unforeseen issues.
Ami has several crews — plumbers, electricians, cabinet installers, dry wallers, etc. — and was able to schedule the work to minimize delays or stalls in the process. All the crews were polite, careful, and performed quality work.
We are very happy with our new grand kitchen and powder room, and when we tackle anything in the future, we will hire Mr Build again. We will recommend Ami and Mr Build to any friends in the future, as well.

Mr. Build Construction and Amiti as the project lead were hired for our second story addition project and did a fantastic job! From the very beginning his honest personality and his will to work with us and guide us thru the process with unlimited patience stood out among all bidders. After thoroughly checking Amiti’s references we started the project.
We were very nervous after hearing so many horrible experience stories on construction contractors and after the fact we can confidently say that it couldn’t be any better! — don’t get me wrong, it was very stressful time as our budget was very limited and most of the time construction has unexpected expenses driven mostly by personal preference finishes. Amiti went far and beyond our expectations and always provided us with alternatives that fit our needs.
We are very happy with the quality and satisfied with the results — we recommend anyone that considering construction to consult with Amiti. We already referenced Amiti to couple of friends that ended up doing business with him and they were very satisfied as well.

Over a year ago I had two bathrooms remodeled by Mr. Build. Ami, was great to work with, always accessible a responsive to our needs. We spent well over a year working with Ami prior to construction. He was always patient and never pushed us into anything. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr Build, and Ami in particular to anyone looking for construction/​remodel services

Mr. Build did an addition to our house, which included a second master bedroom with bath.
We enjoyed having them around, especially Pepe and Ami. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Things that required fixing or redoing were done at no extra cost to us including materials.
We are very happy with the end result and with the fact that the final cost was exactly the same as the proposal with no additions for surprise changes or extra work that we requested.
