Michael did an unbelievable job in getting the best loan my wife and I can possibly get. My husband and I were having a terrible time with another loan specialist from our moving area in San Diego. Our friend recommended Michael, whose business was in Irvine, where we were moving to. Michael was clear, concise, knew his business, easy to get ahold of by phone and email, and had our loan in under 2 weeks. I believe it was wrapped up in 9 days. Now, we had done our work too. We had everything digitized so we could send him all statements within 1 day. I did not want to get emotional– this was a business deal and we were in the middle of escrow when we changed loan specialists. THe day our loan went through, it was done, I cried like a baby. Now it was emotioanal, knowing we were getting a great rate on a 30 year loan and could pay it down with no penalty. If you are looking for someone who is professional, knows his business, and will help walk you through the process, Michael is your loan specialist. Dont waste another minute shopping around the O.C.

Michael helped us refinance both our homes twice! Once last year and another this year. This year he proactively called us to inform us of the potential savings we could have because of the lower interest rates. We consequently refinanced both houses again taking advantage of the lower interest rates. This in turn give us great savings for our loans. He is an expert in his field and very friendly work with.
