I have had the pleasure of purchasing from Alan for a few years now. He and Nasrin are always so helpful, friendly and sincere in their efforts to help me achieve my desired items.
Not only have they custom made items for me, but have a great selection as well.
I even traded in a Rolex I wasn’t wearing anymore towards a beautiful piece of jewelry he made for me.
They are very resourceful and j always feel my business is appreciated.

I’ve been going to Alan for 10 years now. He has always done a phenomenal job in the quality of his Jewelry and his customer service. I would highly recommend him anyone. In actuality, I’ve referred him to two close friends. Both bought their wedding rings from him as well. And more importantly both their wives love their rings.
I’ve purchased my wedding rings, birthstone ring and most recently a Christmas present for my wife. Shop at Alan’s, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been customers of Alan for close to 20 years. We have always been very pleased with their service and the jewelry has been remarkable. Our last purchase was to replace a 26 year-​old 1.2 carat wedding ring that was stolen in a home robbery. Any item with that much sentimental value is impossible to replace. However, the ring that my wife selected from Alan is G in color and it has the most incredible sparkle. She gets so many compliments that it helps to offset the disappointment of our loss. We have never been unhappy with the 7 – 8 unique pieces that we have purchased from Alan over the years and they have always appraised higher than what we’ve paid.

Alan has been my jeweler for over 18 years. I will never go to anyone else. Nasrin is the sweetest gal ever. I would recommend stopping by and seeing their collection.

Nasrin and Allen are the best. They are always super helpful and their prices are the best. I will never go to another jeweler. I don’t wear any jewelry (well if you call my $ 150 watch for mostly work jewelry I’ll give you that) but nothing else. But browsing the window would make me bling up. Nice stuff and great prices. Pretty sure I’m going to get an engagement ring here… I did not know diamonds sparkle until I saw this place and Tiffany’s.

This place is the best!!! I can’t stress it enough. Nasrin is the sweetest and so professional. We bought our wedding bands here. They custom made mine and it was EXACTLY what I dreamed of. Perfect! Perfect! Great customer service. They don’t rip you off and you can totally trust them. Jewels by Alan will be our jeweler for life!

Alan and Nazran are two of the most professional people Ive ever met. They spent more than enough time explaining all the qualities that make a diamond ring valuable and helped me tremendously in picking the right stone for my fiancée. I was referred to them by my colleague and I couldn’t have been happier that I was introduced to them. They have a beautiful array of diamonds and other jewelry and if they don’t have what you’re looking for in their store, they’ll find it.

What can I say that hasn’t been said. Alan and his crew did an amazing job with my fiancé’s engagement ring and wedding band, and got the wedding band that I wanted. Jewels by Alan is a great family business with great customer service. They will do what ever it takes to get the right product for you and yours. I have already referred a friend to them, and he as already bought an engagement ring. If you want quality service and jewellery this is the place to go. Service was like no other. They listened to my wife’s wants and went far above our expectations. This is a cute little store with beautiful modern and classic designs. I have purchased jewelry from this owner (Allan) for the last 20 years at his various locations and have always been treated professionally.
Recently I took in a ring that I had purchased 12 years ago, to replace a lost diamond and got a nice discount for the diamond replacement and an even bigger discount on a beautiful diamond necklace that I fell in love with for myself.
I didn’t expect any discounts, but he remembered the ring from 12 years ago and thanked me for the repeated business by giving me a discount on the new necklace.

Jewels by Alan is a beautiful boutique jeweler that does amazing custom work. I had a custom rose gold engagement halo ring made for my fiancée that was absolutely beautiful. She has comments made about it all the time. They are professional and know what they are doing, i had to come back to have it resized and he did for us at no charge and in a day. We are also having Alan make the wedding band and i would recommend anyone with wanting something different go and see him.

Alan and Nasrine are amazing! I walk in all the time with my ring and they clean it for me whenever I want, I have sent my best friend to Alan for her ring, I LOVE my ring and I get compliments on how sparkly it is all the time! When I came in this location to look for a tennis bracelet for my mother for her birthday, I liked the atmosphere of the store and the merchandise at first. However, after almost 10 minutes of waiting around for someone to greet me, I was totally disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. There were two people in there, a man and his coworker (I presumed it was Alan and his wife or relative), who talked to each other in a foreign language and pretended like I wasn’t even there… Even after I was standing there for 10 minutes! The store is tiny, and for the business owner to not even greet me when I’m standing right in front of him is kind of ridiculous! And maybe it’s just me, but I find it really rude when employees speak in their native language right in front of the customers.
Fortunately there weren’t any tennis bracelets in there, so they probably wouldn’t have gotten my business anyway.

My update: this business owner has a very imaginative memory! He claims we threw a bundle of $ 20’s at him? That’s just simply not true and bizarre to even suggest.
I’ll let you decide, and let him sink his own business himself. Any business owner that would go out of his way to write a response to a review and state «we wish the customer the best with absolutely no apologies» DOES NOT deserve your business and your hard-​earned dollars.

Alan is Awesome. I got my fiances engagement ring here. He made the ring himself and it came out awesome. Everyone always comments on how much they like it. He does really great work and the prices are friendly too. It was thousands cheaper than other places I went and looked at the same ring. The quality was better in my opinion too.
After one of my buddies saw my ring he asked me to take him to see my jeweler. 30 min with Alan and he had a ring design he liked for thousands cheaper than he had been told by other jewelers in the area. He got it a few weeks later and was so excited he took me to dinner.
Alan is super knowledgeable and friendly. This is the only place I will get jewelry.
