I have never met Jose before, but I had an emergency situation that I needed litigation advice and Jose met me on the same day even in his office during his off day. He was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and nicest people I have ever met.

I was in a tough situation and without representation and as a last resort, I contacted Jose and immediately felt like I made the right choice. Jose and his firm are great to work with. They have extensive knowledge on employment and labor laws, including those specific to California. You might not be aware of how the smaller companies do not follow all of the applicable laws, especially if you are working for a foreign company. If you are in a situation where you need legal insights for negotiating your contract or exit package, contact them for help. They will also follow up with the other party in the agreement for you and remove the pain points from the employee, which is what you want from your legal counsel.
