Yvette worked with our request on short notice for our boss’ surprise birthday present — we wanted to get a custom frame for our featured article in Orange County Business Journal. While Michael’s told me it would be 2 weeks, the people at FastFrame told me they could work with our schedule and they definitely delivered on that! Yvette helped me pick out a frame and went over options on color and custom cut of the mat. Great service, great finished product! Thank you FastFrames!

Somehow the wire on my diploma frame broke and I needed a fast repair. I went to another frame store and they charged me 14.99 to fix the wire. I thought that was expensive. I also asked that frame store if they could help repair a couple scratches and they pretty much told me no I need to get a new frame. I called Fast Frame and talked to Lisa and she was really friendly, told me the repair was only 5 dollars and that they could touch up my scratches as well. Thank you Fast Frame :)

My husband ordered a custom frame here and their service was fast and amazing! At first they told us they’d have to order items to create our frame and it’d be a week which we were totally fine with as he dropped it off during but my husband got a call not very long after and we had our amazing wedding reception photo in a lovely frame!
We would definitely come back here and use their services again! They had great service and friendly folks and my husband was definitely happy with the results!

I am a design student and needed mat cutting PRONTO. I went to Fast Frames because when I called in, Sandy was not only the nicest & most helpful over the phone, but they were able to do a same day turn around! (–SOLD!)
I came in at 5pm (an hour before closing) and asked Sandy if it was possible to get two of my boards cut the same day. Once she saw what I was trying to actually do, she made no promises but said she can at least do one board (honesty!)
This was the first time doing a project like this and I honestly had no idea what I was doing or what to expect… basically I was unprepared! When I went to other places for resources etc. everyone sensed that this is my first time and was sooo rude. (A girl at Michaels arts & crafts store was even unbelievably condescending!!!) …but not Sandy. Let me tell you, Sandy’s sincere willingness to help was completely unexpected but most appreciated. Especially at closing time.
Sandy cleared the table and she helped me from the first step of drafting my layout and measuring the cut-​outs to the actual layout on the computer. I was so impressed of her knowledge and experience and attention to detail. She corrected things that I didnt even think of (ie spacing in between each box). The woman just absolutely knew what she was doing in every aspect. It was well past 6pm now and we got one board done. I figured I was going to come back the next day to finish the second board but Sandy offered to finish the job. wow! Really? We got everything done an hour later… an hour After closing!
Now that is what exceeded my expectations and I was ever so grateful for ALL of Sandys help and attentiveness. Never once did she make me feel like I was wasting her time nor did she rush to try to go home (even after her husband called looking for her!) I dont think there was anyone else who wouldve done what Sandy did for me.
Sandy’s excellent customer service skills, patience, sincere willingness to help, knowledge & experience in her field… everything. she truly went above & beyond. And this review is well deserved. *****10 STARS!!!*****
(Btw: If I ever need anything to be framed, she has quite an impressive collection of work so I would definitely be back for that.)

I have framed 4 custom pictures with Sandy and am so thrilled with the end results. My pictures are so gorgeous. The quality is just beautiful. Sandy is very creative and offered great ideas/​solutions on creating beautiful results for my pieces. Her prices are very affordable for the product I received in return. And, the turnaround time is FAST!!!
