If it wasn’t for my last session, this place would have gotten 4 or 5 stars, but a HUGE mistake was made that i think should have gotten serious repercussions. the staff was very friendly, the wait time wasn’t long, and the tattoo was disappearing. i have roman numerals on my upper back and happened to put an extra«I» which i was getting removal treatment for. when i showed up for my fifth session, the girl who was removing my tattoo had not helped me before and was talking about some scar i had where my tattoo was which confused me. apparently she was talking about the«I» that was getting removed. i didn’t understand what scar she was talking about so i just ignored it. she started removing the tattoo, and after a few seconds i asked her what was taking so long because normally it only took about 3 seconds to remove the little ½ inch«I.» she asked me what i was talking about and it takes a few minutes. i told her it was only supposed to be the«I» and she turned white! she immediately seeked her manager who wasn’t much help at all. i was pretty pissed finding out that she removed 5 letters. she had the charts in front of her face. she had four previous pictures and all the notes. don’t you think you would know what you were working on before you jump to the finish line? i think i was in shock about the whole situation that i couldn’t even think straight. the manager said«we will fix it» and that they have tattoo shops that they work with. like this happens all the time? that didn’t make me very happy. she called and followed up a few times trying to set things up, but i was so mad that it just scared me away. i know i should have dealed with it differently on my part– asked for my money back, made them pay for a cover-up, etc… but i think i would have wanted to laser their eyeballs off if i went back in there. it didn’t sound like anything happened to the girl who made that mistake and they didn’t seem to care that this is kind of a big deal. this is a painful process and not so easy to get tattoos covered, especially over laser removal. if anyone goes there, make sure that your person who treats you knows what they are doing because mine sure as heck didn’t! now my tattoo is worse than it was before i went in there.

When I heard that removing a tattoo was more painful than getting the tattoo, I’ll admit, I was really nervous. But the front desk girls, Kate and Cara, were welcoming and put me at ease. The consultation was easy, informative and set realistic expectations. The process, for both hair and tattoo removal, was significantly less painful than anticipated. The technician was an expert and knew how to make the treatment minimally painful. I highly recommend their services!
