Been going to this location for about a year or so and it gets better every single time. My co-workers and I had lunch today and had the pleasure to meet Morgan, one of the servers in the back bar area. I have never had such a great service at any restaurant. He deeply dived into the menu suggesting all the best items that they offered and almost knew exactly what we liked. Food came out and was delicious. I’ve never really written on Unilocal before but after his service it was too good to be unseen. Thank you, Morgan and the team of Buffalo Wild Wings for making our Friday lunch enjoyable and fun… We’re now making this a Friday Tradition!

Visited this buffalo on a weekday at opening. My group of four was right on time at 11am. We chose to sit in the bar. Immediately when we walked in we were overwhelmed with the smell of sour milk. It was disgusting. Since they had just opened, you would think that the dining area and bar would smell fresh and clean??? We ordered quickly and when the food came out my salt and vinegar fries were salt and vinegar-less. I ordered boneless honey bbq snack lunch special. My friend got the same. Her wings were DRENCHED in sauce, mine were almost a dry rub. Something weird that happened– we were the ONLY group(of 4) in the bar. That big ketchup/menu/salt and pepper holder basket thing that is in the middle of the table I moved to the table next to us to give us more space for our drinks and food on our table. The waitress came over and moved it next to me on the booth chair(where you sit your bottom) and said she had to move it in case another group wanted to sit there. In my head I was thinking there are 30 other tables in this area that are NOT occupied… Why do I have to have this basket thing crowding me… it seemed odd. Anyways I’m not sure if I would return to this location

The place was dirty. Tables and booths were available and we still had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. The food was alright. But not good enough to make me come back again.

Came here with a couple of friends today for their Traditional Tuesday and we were highly disappointed. The place was pretty much deserted because it was around 2PM and no one greeted us when we walked in. We were told its self seat after a couple of minutes so we went to sit. After sitting, it took another 15 minutes just to order. We ordered about 35 wings(7 diff sets of 5 wings), the fries, and some carrots and celery. The food took 30 – 40 minutes to come which was just ridiculous considering the place was practically empty. Furthermore, they got our order wrong and forgot 10 wings and gave us 5 wings that we did not order. We told them what was wrong and they did not even bother to apologize, and instead went back to change it. Funny how the new wings took like 5 minutes to come out… The food was also pretty poor. My bf’s lemon pepper was extremely dry and tasteless(it didn’t even look like it had spices on it). The fries we ordered looked like extremely overpriced McDonald’s fries. As for other flavors, my friend said the Caribbean Jerk is super weird and my other friends thought it tasted like Asian herbs. I didn’t try it though. The Spicy Garlic also apparently tasted like Sriracha and wasn’t garlic-y at all(I also didn’t try this one). Not coming as a surprise, it also took a while to get the check. There was only two other tables in the bar area. Overall this place sucks and I wouldn’t come here again but it’s close so I find myself here every so often unfortunately. If I had the choice I’d much rather go to Wingstop for juicier, more flavorful wings and fries that are actually good.

The server was VERY accommodating overall, helped me decide on a salad, and checked in with me at great points throughout the meal. I had the blackened chicken salad and it was really good overall. If anything, there was maybe more lettuce mix than other restaurants. The tomatoes were a bit under-ripe, but otherwise everything was fresh and the chicken had a great flavor — the temperature was perfect! I added a side of medium sauce for a little bit of kick, but the blackened seasonings mixed with the ranch dressing would probably be enough for most people.

Service is always two stars. Once in awhile, I get a really cool server and it always happens to be a guy! Sorry ladies, you are too sassy here: p Tuesday’s and Thursday’s are the inevitable days of busy servers and sometimes wait times. I like to come here only on those special days because these wings truly aren’t worth the actual price. But yes, I’ve come on regular days too. Sauces on the wings and sauces on the side are always spot on. The sides are yummy, I’ve had the fried pickles and they are delicious! I’ve also had the macaroni and cheese for when I wanted something comforting, this place does Mac & cheese well! Simple things like getting water refills or trying to get the check can take longer than normal, it always feels sticky in here but it is Buffalo Wild Wings… I sometimes loathe this place but always come back!

Food was good service sucked. Took us an over hour to get another round! I’d understand if it was extremely busy but it wasn’t… Nuff said!

Buffalo Wild Wings serves its purpose. I am a wing fanatic. Having been to Buffalo, NY and trying the Anchor Bar(the originator and best) twice and Duff’s(the new school challenger) as many times I am always on the hunt for that next great wing. B-Dubz hails from Minneapolis, MN and is easily the largest chain in the wing game and although their wings are not even close to the Buffalonian standard, they are not bad either. I came to watch NFL football on a Sunday with friends and this place was packed to the hilt when I walked in. We are talking hour long, Din Tai Fung slammed from walk to wall packed. They have an enormous 12 seat bar and at least 60 tables and still there was standing room only. With countless televisions playing every early game, it is probably the best sports bar you are going to find in Irvine, chain or otherwise. Add to that a crazy beer list featuring everything from fizzy yellow water all the way to real deal craft brew. For football watching alone, this is a five star affair. The wings are another story. I ordered the traditional sauce in medium as that is the only way to eat wings. Everything else is sacrilege. The wings work out to be about a dollar each and come with your choice of dressing(choose Bleu Cheese, they have a great one) and carrot and celery sticks. Again, this is the only way. B-Dubz actually does a credible job at getting the mouthfeel of the skin spot on but they overcook the inside meat doing so and are terribly stingy with the sauce. I will order a second cup of sauce on the side on any future visit to combat that. Once the wings cool off, they become soggy and undelicious. Eat fast. The service is actually quite good considering that they were at capacity on my visit and the crowd roaring over the plays on the football field made the ambiance perfect for wings and brew. Wing aficionados will balk at the product but Buffalo Wild Wings is great spot to stop to take in a game.

Great service! I was here at 10:30PM because I was bored and wanted something to eat. I preferred wing stop but BWW was closer so I stopped by here to check it in. This BWW was near boiling point on culver and its so convenient since there are plenty of parking spaces. For service– I was greeted at the door and seated immediately by the bar since I was 21. My server came by quickly and took my order. The food came out in about 8 minutes! Thanks for the quick and friendly service. Will be back for them honey wings!

I love wings particularly buffalo wild wings. However, the one closest to me is terrible in terms of service and taste. So I make the drive to Irvine on occassions to grab wings here. Its a franchise so things are runned differently at each buffalo wild wings. The one here has the Tuesday deal where its like 65 per wing I believe but they also have a Monday deal of 60 per wings(for take out only). The wings here are also different. They are larger in size, have more sauce drenched into them(depending if you like that or not), and they don’t rip you off with half broken wings(happened to me at the other location). The space is extremely roomy. The customer service is courteous and caring. They check up you very often and you get the sense they really try to cater to the customer. I came yesterday and they ran out of carrots. The waitress was apologizing profusely but I was really trippin. The fact that she cared so much about that little tiny incident makes me realize how well they train their staff here. PS downside is parking. It is so limited. PPS I believe this is the first place where I realize I can substitute all flats.

Awful Service!!! Went for lunch today, sat at the bar and never got a refill on water or any checking on me at all. I had to go to a terminal to close out!!! These Irvine employees are clowns
