Worst service ever they made wrong sandwich and aced like it was my fault the manager is so rude. She was yelling at the employees right in front of me plus for 12 bucks there are much nicer places

This location offers a pretty wide variety of freshly prepared bagels as well as breakfast and lunch items based on those bagels. The bagels are certainly prepared properly are above average but there is nothing particularly outstanding about the bagels themselves. The service is courteous and the employees are always working hard to get the orders filled. You can get clocked up a little bit if most of the customers are ordering a prepared by them rather than just simply getting the quantity of bagels to go.

If you don’t pick from the menu they would over charge you for the simplest bagel sandwich without any meat or eggs! Check your receipt each time because it has happened to me numerous times.

So it turns out that bagel addiction is a thing. Heed my warning, because it can happen to you! Bruegger’s Bagels is an efficient, one-stop bagel shop with extremely tasty bagels. And it’s really their fault I became hooked. Now I’m no bagel connoisseur, but not all bagels are created equal. There is a big difference between those round bread rings most people call«bagels» and a real bagel. The real secret is in the chewiness and density. If you are a bagel, you either have it or you don’t. And the bagels from Bruegger’s definitely have it. Bruegger’s offers a wide variety of different bagels, from standard plain onion, to poppyseed, all the way to chocolate chip and cranberry. There are at least 12 different kinds of available. It appears that they make most of the bagels fresh on site. You can also get all kids of coffee, juice, soda, or whatever strikes your fancy. In the morning, there’s usually a small but fast cafeteria-style line. You can choose dozens of different ways to have your bagel prepared made to order, from toasted with cream cheese, to full-on egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwiches. My personal favorite is the bagel and lox(a.k.a. the salmon). Let me tell you, a fresh toasted onion bagel with extra capers and garlic cream cheese is truly The Breakfast of Champions! They also offer a Baker’s Dozen, which comes with two tubs of cream cheese. They have many kinds of cream cheese to chose from too. This has been a huge hit with my office staff on Fridays. It seems to be much more popular than a bit more healthy than doughnuts. If you are looking for a tasty bagel or quick fast-food breakfast alternative on the go, you can’t go wrong by going here!

Why so much cream cheese! love this place, but even when I say a little cream cheese it’s smothered on. Bagels are great, but chill on the cream!

Been coming here for 7 years and it is excellent! Other people complain about the staff which I don’t get. They have been here from the beginning and are warm wonderful people! Bagels r the best, love their bacon egg cheese sandwiches. And it is a very very clean establishment!

Can’t you guys offer kite hill(almond milk) cream cheese, or miyokos(cashew) cream cheese? I would pay more and you would get noticed by the rapidly growing vegan community! I avoid your stores but would start becoming a regular when I grab my coffee next door! Please consider adding«good» non-dairy options! Daiya and soy based cream cheeses are just not as good as the 2 mentioned above! There are lots of GREAT cashew cheese options but Kite Hill is the BEST cream cheese alternative! Open up to the plant based market and you will see a MAJOR jump in your sales! The time is NOW!

I come here every now and then, service is good and the food is okay. Nothing mind blowing. I order the smoked salmon bagel which is about 8 $(overpriced for what you get). It isn’t bad but just not worth 8 $

This is my go to place for bagels. They have a huge selection of bagels ranging from chocolate, garlic to bacon etc. For a start, get a Western style on garlic bagel.

The location is very convenient, and this would be a good place for breakfast except for the fact that the bagels are actually subpar in my opinion. They’re small and too chewy; more like cardboard than anything else. I moved to OC recently and I’ve been looking for a go-to bagel place, but Bruegger’s simply doesn’t make the cut; I don’t think I’ll be back.

It’s a rare day that I eat a bagel so when I do, I want it to be a yummy one. I’ve had plain bagels, breakfast bagels and lunch bagels and all have satisfied my carb-cravings. They have a huge selection of tasty bagels but not anything that falls into the OMG category. They have coffee and Coca-Cola products too. If you go in the early morning you can marvel at the bagel-making process. I give the staff extra points for probably waking up at 4am to go to work.

Why is this place so delicious any time of the day? The breakfast sandwich is my favorite! There is usually a line, but it moves fast. Service is great here, tables and chairs are clean and there is seating outside. The parking lot can be a bit tight in the morning.

Been here a couple times. Not too bad usually for just bagels with cream cheese, but today was a bummer. How do to run out of half your best bagels by 9am? No blueberry, no everything, no likey, no buy. Also they claim the the eggs are«cooked fresh» now and it’s true unfortunately they don’t actually fry them in a pan. They are cooked in some weird machine that makes them taste like the old spongey microwaved ones from before. Walked a mile for a bagel and ended up at Jack in the Box.

I come to this place once in a while for breakfast(usually when they have their $ 1.00 off coupons) to grab a bagel with cream cheese, specifically a rosemary olive oil with chive and onion cream cheese. This combination just blows my taste buds. I absolutely love the fact that you can taste the rosemary and also that it isn’t overpowered by the chive and onion. Deliciousssssssss! Don’t expect some fancy smancy huge bagel as I really believe quality over quantity. I have not tried any other bagels here because I’m so hooked on this one. Anyways, a bagel & cream cheese will typically run you about $ 2.99. They also have fresh orange juice which will also cost you the same. Service is typically really fast here so don’t let the lines freak you out if you come in the morning, but don’t expect a conversation or an over-the-top greeting as it seems like their goal is to get you in and out quickly. Easy and quick grab that isn’t friendly on your waistline ;)

Efficient service — esp in the early AM. Wide selection of bagels including jalapeño. The coffee is better than decent if all else SBUX is next door. Friendly service as well.

I had Bruegger’s cater a breakfast meeting with bagels, cream cheese, a fruit bowl, coffee and orange juice. I provided clear instructions over the phone while placing the order the day before and also to the delivery driver one hour before the scheduled delivery that we were having a meeting and to not be late. The driver was 20 minutes late so I had to interrupt the meeting to greet the driver. I pulled the items up to the conference room only to find that no serving spoon was provided for the fruit bowl, no forks were provided for the fruit and no knives were provided for the cream cheese. I had to run to the break room to scavenge some of these items but was not able to get a serving spoon. The bagels were fresh, the cream cheese tasted great, the orange juice was cold and the coffee was hot. Everything tasted good but the service was lacking. I received an e-mail from Bruegger’s asking if I was 100% satisfied with my experience and I replied that I was not. I specifically identified the shortcomings with my experience and received no response. I would eat here if I picked up the order myself but will not consider Bruegger’s again for catering.

I don’t know if every worker woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but everyone today was so rude! I got a sesame seed bagel toasted with cream cheese and my friend got an egg and cheese bagel cut in half, you’d of thought we asked for the most outrageous order ever. Moving along to pay the cashier wasn’t any better. If you want a bagel with a side of attitude come here, otherwise go somewhere else.

My wife is always ranting and raving about her love for bagels and frankly I never saw the point. All of the bagels I had ever eaten were hard, flavorless and basically tasted like nothing at all. Enter Bruegger’s Bagel. One day while we were out my wife mentioned stopping by as she had a coupon for a free bagel and also wanted to grab an iced mocha. Bruegger’s satisfied both of her cravings and in return opened my eyes to bagels that I actually like. I knew as I walked in to try something that I either wanted something with onion or garlic and I settled for the everything bagel which encompasses all of that and more into the flavors. The bagel was toasted to perfection, tasted great and had all of the flavor I was looking for. My wife was happy as she had now broadened my scope on bagels exponentially and knew that I would no longer kick and scream when the word bagel is mentioned. This particular location is setup a bit strange as the line begins in the back of the restaurant and you must walk past all of the tables to enter. Despite this, the place is kept very clean and we have always had good service during each of our trips here after work. They have never questioned the coupons or not known how to apply the necessary discounts and the staff really seems to know their stuff which is great. The have so many bagel and bagel sandwich choices to offer but my go to is still the everything bagel with either plain or bacon/scallion cream cheese. Thank you Bruegger’s for opening my eyes as to what a good bagel shop should be. I am a believer and will definitely be back.
