I called this company based on the good reviews they received and I am glad I did as I coudn’t be happier with the service. They scheduled an appointment for the next day as I wasn’t available for the same day. Paul, the technician, was very puctual, professional and pleasant. he found quickly what was wrong with my furnace. He was also very careful not to leave any mess although we were in the middle of remodeling. He came the next day with the missing part and fixed the furnace quickly and at a great price. Coudn’t be happier with both Paul and Ana, the receptionist, who took my call and scheduled the appointments.

Paul from Am Tech was my savior yesterday! I can’t say enough positive things about his knowledge, professionalism, prices, and overall ability to put me at ease about our furnace leak. On a very hot day, my husband found this company online, put a call in, and received a call back in a matter of minutes! This is after I was frustrated on the phone all morning with a bunch of other companies who couldn’t get someone out to our house for a day or so. Paul showed up about 20 minutes later (AMAZING!!! it was getting HOT in the house at this point!) and was very pleasant and positive from the moment i opened the door.
He diagnosed our problem within a minute, explained in very understandable terms what was happening and how the unit worked, unclogged the drain pipe by blowing into it (it was great to hear the clog get unstuck), quickly sealed the pipe up, gave me recommendations on what to do if this happened in the future, and was on his way. Without a doubt, I will be using Paul and AmTech if we ever have an HVAC issue in the future. SO grateful for his service, knowledge, kindness, and professionalism. I actually asked if I could give him a hug when he left… that’s how great he was! Highly recommend!

During the heat wave it was almost impossible to find someone to come out and service my A/​C unit. I called the company and spoke with the owner Ana. She arranged to have her A/​C Technician (Larry) come out that same day, he arrived on time, and was extremely professional. Larry was very kind, carrying, and concerned about my issue. What an honest and trustworthy individual… Great job! I have made them my go to company from now on. Awesome!

Just had Paul come in to repair my Air conditioning system. He was punctual and very efficient in finding the cause from my explanation of the problem. We even had a quick chat about his life experience and even gave me advice on how to troubleshoot future problems that may occur to my unit.

I had a great experience with Paul from AmTech. He came out next day, was kind and knowledgeable. He showed me how my unit worked and taught me how to change my air filter. I felt I could trust him. He did not try to upsale me and was honest. Other hvac repairemen tried to take advantage of the fact I did not know aything about my unit, but Paul was patient and helpful. Will definitely be back for future repairs!
