Accurate Background

I recently underwent a background check and was understandably concerned that something inaccurate would be found.
When I clicked on the link that my HR gave me, there were instructions given that said that once you use your assigned username/​password, you won’t be able to use it again without having it be reset by them. I wasn’t sure what that was about, but I was able to get back in, especially because I kept getting kicked out. However, I was also determined to finish using the site in one sitting and was too scared to go wander off into other websites while in that browser.
They have an online chat available as you fill out the form, which I thought was a tremendous help. To be fair, I used this chat feature during the middle of a business day, so I don’t know if the chat is available ²⁴⁄₇. Angel and 2 other people (I don’t remember their names, sorry!) were quick to respond to my multiple times I used chat.
After I got the results, I found an inaccuracy. It was a tiny thing, but I was freaked out, nevertheless. It was something administrative on the school’s part; not anything Accurate Background had anything to do with. Ron was wonderful when I brought it up to him and he was very thorough in assessing the situation and obtaining my information. The followup with Tracy also showed excellent customer service.
Overall, they were very, very good in assuaging my fears. I did get the job!

I would give them zero stars. Rude customer service and does not do accurate background verification. Would not recommend.
