One of those places that you really want to like and to be «The Shop» you go to when you’re looking for bike gear, but alas, they’re a bit on the aggressive side when selling. We’ve stopped in a few times and often been pointed to the higher end bikes despite wanting something the starter variety. They’ve got a good selection and in the spring often have sales on the weekends. We found their sale prices are comparable to the normal prices at other places in the area. They’ve got a nice selection of bike garb that too runs on the expensive side, but will definitely keep your chafable areas free of chafe! Check it out if you’re looking for a bike, though you’re just as well off looking at any of the other local or corporate(bad word I know) stores in the area.

Lots of helpful staff, but I was a bit turned off by the sales technique. I mentioned a specific bike model I had been testing and the guy showed me a Trek that was at least $ 180 more and said it was«a better bike». Well I would hope it was for that much more money! He completely skipped over the more comparable Trek model(7.2, which also cost more than the bike I was looking at) without mentioning it as an option at all. On the other hand he was extremely knowledgeable and low-pressure, I just wish he’d been a little more up front about the bike styles he had available. I would go back, but be sure you ask lots of questions and ride everything multiple times(a good idea for any bike shop really). A bit pricey, but then they are selling Treks!

I bought a trek hybrid bike from here several years ago. Still runs GREAT. I bring it here for tune ups, and buy all my accessories here. They have very a knowledge staff crew, and the mechanics are good.
