DJ Rob O’Connell

My husband and I recently got married at The Heirloom Inn. Rob was on the preferred vendor list for the venue and we decided to check him out. We could choose to go with any vendor we wanted but decided to look into Rob because he’s wired throughout the venue (making things that much easier).
When we met with Rob at his home, he was very warm and made us feel comfortable. He was professional and had a whole list of questions (things that I hadn’t even thought of yet). We decided to book him as the DJ for our wedding.
Rob even showed up to our rehearsal at the venue so he could meet the family and bridal party and get an idea for how our ceremony would go. On the day of, everything went smoothly. He even played his own classical guitar as the bridal party walked down the aisle (one song for the Moms, a different song for the bridal party, and another song for me) that was a beautiful touch. I received a lot of compliments of how great that was. He kept our guests entertained, played all the right songs when they were supposed to be played, didn’t mispronounce anyone’s name, and was just all around a great DJ.
I 100% recommend Rob to anyone who’s looking for a reliable and wonderful DJ.

Rob was awesome at and during the planning process for our wedding in September. He really kept the evening flowing. I had no sense of time, and without him keeping us on track, things would have been a lot more rushed and stressful than they were. He also did a great job taking requests, and was wonderful to work with during the planning process in terms of helping us select songs for our special dances /​moments and creating a timeline for the evening. The other benefit was that because he has a whole set-​up at the Heirloom Inn (in Ione), we were able to have the ceremony amplified so that guests could actually hear our vows.
