I hired Rick on a per project basis. The first project took forever because his guys were so slow and didn’t have the proper tools (thank goodness I did’t hire him by the hour!!!). The second was putting in a simple wood floor. Project got 98% complete and they never came back to finish — left a couple moldings off and the closet door off. Now — 2 months later, the floor is bubbling because they put it in too tight and he will not return calls or text messages to come fix it.
