Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always enjoy renting at Enterprise (Inver Grove Heights), They always have the best service and the perfect car for me to rent. I chose them over all other rentals every time I rent.

I have rented from this Enterprise many times. I just rented this last week again. They are courteous, and accommodating. This time my flight was early, so I was early picking up the car. There were no cars (mid size) in at that time, so they upgraded me with no charge. When I returned the car, I told them that the car had a smoke odor and they may want to detail it before renting it again. They apologized and gave me a coupon for a free upgrade or tank of gas for my next Enterprise rental. There were no negatives!

I rented a car here Nov. 19 – 26, 2011 and had excellent service. They picked me up and even gave me a nicer car for the same price.
I decided to rent from them again Nov. 30^th-​December 12^th. They said they would pick me up on Nov. 30^th. I received a call at 5:22pm saying they were leaving to come get me. Tim, who called from Enterprise, mentioned several street names and asked if they were near me. I told him that none of the streets he mentioned were near me. I tried to give him directions, but he was clearly not listening, as he thought he knew where my home was. Google maps says I am 2.7 miles away, so I expected to see Tim very shortly. 20 minutes passed and Tim was not here. I called Enterprise again to mention that Tim should have arrived 10 minutes ago and was not listening to my directions. The man at the office said he’d check with Tim and get back to me. He said that Tim was on my street and would be at my home shortly. Another 10 minutes passed and Tim still wasn’t here and my street isn’t that long. A few minutes later, I received a call from Tim asking for directions. I gave him the directions and was annoyed because that’s what I tried to do when he first called 35 minutes ago. He arrived a few minutes later and I was SHOCKED to see that Tim was the same guy who picked me up at my home on Nov. 19^th! I am not sure why he wasn’t able to find my house for the 2^nd time or listen to my instructions. Meanwhile, I had been waiting for close to 40 minutes for a 2.7mile drive.
Really annoyed! Will try another car rental place next time.
Also, this location is not open on Sundays, which is sort of a hassle, since they charge you for the entire Sunday, even if you don’t need the car for Sunday, because they can’t «check you in».
