I’m a common caribou coffee customer. I probably stop by here 2−3x per week. Every time is such a long wait, except for around 9am. I understand that mornings are busy, but all customers should be important, not just your drive thru (who seem to get their coffees first). Got the 2/$ 7 deal today and my smoothie isn’t even full. A long line prevented me from saying anything to the employees, but it’s as though they didn’t even make a damn effort.

Every time I come here, it’s the worst service ever. Super slow service all the time and it’s not even busy. Drink some of the caffeine you’re pouring and put a little pep in your step.

I love caribou coffee but when it comes to this store they fail big time! I could list all the times they have messed up my order but yesterday was topped the others, I ordered a large pumpkin white chocolate mocha and two apple fritters, they actually have me the right drink but I received two croissants wth are you that incompetent! You can’t tell the difference between a croissant and a fritter, whoever put my order together should choose a different career, Mcdonalds is always hiring, they always get orders wrong, but most don’t get mad because it’s mcdonalds and you don’t need a brain to work there!

Being as it’s only a little over a mile from my house, this is my most frequented Caribou. We’ll stop on walks sometimes (the hubbs even stops while he’s waiting for me at the dentist!). The non-coffee drinks are what you have come to expect and love from Caribou!
