We went to Cuvee30A for the first time & had a wonderful experience!!! We had a party of 7 adults &1 child. Jamie, our server was fantastic!!! He made sure our 5 yr old granddaughter felt apart & special! The food was prepared to perfection! Everything was delicious!!! From the appetizers: spinach salad, carpaccio, fried green tomatoes, fried oysters, to the entrees: filet, seafood pasta, & venison. The desserts were delicious as well! We will definitely be back!!! May be one of our new favorites at the beach!

A reason to stay over on Sunday. Brunch at Cuvée 30A was delicious. Bloody Mary’s were yummy. Grits and grillade was THE thing to order. I’m still licking my fingers. The green apple Brie appetizer was perfect beginning. Eggs Benedict with pork belly was good. Ambience was super– a jazz duo! Over the top service by Robert — a true food lover!

We stopped in for brunch and enjoyed our experience. Our waitress was adorable, the service was great, it was a beautiful afternoon and the guitarist in the plaza was a bonus! The green tomatoes with Brie and sautéed crawfish tails were delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

So we came here, hoping for some amazing experience. However, we were disappointed with the service. We were kept waiting from the time we sat. At one time, our party of four had to wave to get attention. Bread came after a long time and then again we waited and then we waited. Plus, the bread came after the appetizers. The waitress was okay, she refilled our drinks as they were emptied, and followed instructions quite well. However, she, at times talked very quickly. Dinner when it came was nice. My Chilean Bass was well prepared. Others felt that the quantity was significantly less. Two in our party were vegetarians, they felt somewhat excluded and were forced to choose one entrée after being told that they could have a variety of options. The last entrée was substandard, a Lamb Bolognese. Yes, it had more quantity, but not quality. It wasn’t all too flavorful.

Stopped in on Tuesday for Happy Hour and apps! Large cozy, bar area with hightops for 2 against the wall. Opted for the nice 2 tops. A cheery server came over promptly and explained all the deals for the evening. Sold me on a house Chardonnay and the green fried tomatoes and brie app. A very nice lady in a lovely straw hat came over to welcome us too. Appetizer was served and ohhh la… la! Wow! The warm, green fried tomatoes and brie and the tangy orange glaze drizzled on top and side of plate were a perfect blend. Beautiful presentation too. Does this come as a full meal? Indeed EXCELLENT! I was very impressed with the attentive service received during this visit. From the cheery server, lovely lady with hat and the gentleman who immediately came over when my napkin dropped from my lap to replace it. Excellent service. Thank you and see you soon.

We heard what a great restaurant it was, so wanted to give it a try. They advertised a happy hour with a bar menu so we wanted to give it a try. When we arrived we walked into the bar area. We said we were here for happy hour. They said we could sit at bar or outside next to the curb. Although there was only 4 people on the rather large patio, they only serve happy hour on tables next to curb. Kind of like being near bathroom. They Made us feel like 2nd class citizens. Very uppity. We ordered three appetizers off menu. Fried green tomatoes with crawfish, hamburger, and pork. They were all very good. Even though it was good, I don’t like to be made feel cheap because we wanted happy hour. They have happy hour for a reason. To bring people in. When we left there was not a sole outside. Probably would not recommend. We have a place on 30a and always bring friends, but it probably won’t be here.

Cuvee 30A is just consistently off the charts. The food is really amazing. This place is definitely«fit for foodies». The BLT salad is one of the best salads I have ever eaten — it features burrata mozzarella, crispy pancetta and heirloom tomato– just outstanding! The smoked tomato and shrimp soup is a definite must — this is the best soup I have ever ordered. The fried green tomatoes with sautéed crawfish and warm Brie is also a stand out. If you are a foodie and are visiting the Gulf Coast or live on the Gulf Coast, you must try this restaurant. Tim Creehan is truly a master — he has created such a special dining adventure here on 30A.

Happy Hour til 9pm and this includes discounted appetizers. How can you go wrong? Would be a much classier place without the tvs in the bar. If it was a sports bar, yes but it’s Tim Creehans not Shades

This place is delicious! Great ambiance, delicious food and amazing service. Came for the happy hour and ended up staying in the bar section for dinner. Richard at the bar is amazing– great suggestions and even better service. Anyone staying here or passing by needs to visit Cuvee!

So excited to have this new location of Chef Tim Creehan’s on 30A! The food is all creative yet classic, with exceptional flavors. The cocktail and wine menus are both fantastic as well. The restaurant itself is spacious and beautifully done, and the bar is a great spot for live music and fun at night on the weekends. Love this place!

The food was very good although the menu seemed more suitable for autumn instead of dead summer. Best bite was the key lime pie. Service was SLOW. The restaurant was not full and my husband and I waited and waited and waited for our bar drinks. Guess they’re not concerned with raising a check with booze. Also, our server did not seem concerned in the least about our waiting ans waiting and waiting… Wake up cuvee 30a, fast drinks are a basic!

New restaurant, I usually expect glitches in menu, service etc. Our experience was without any. We walked in with a large party and were seated quickly. Waiter was knowledgable. Great wine list with a variety in many price ranges, menu with many choices as well. Price range is upper end but portion size is pretty large compared to many restaurants such as this. My husband and I shared an entrée with a salad and it was plenty. And there was no split charge. All entrees and salads in our party were fantastic. Would definitely come again!

We have ate here twice now. The scallops and tuna were wonderful but the chefs daily was thin and over done. The sliders did not hold together, a sloppy mess. Waitress did great keeping our glasses full and bread on the table. A bit overpriced for the portions, you will have room for dessert.

All I can say is that I hope they get it together. We went 2 weeks after they opened and it was a nightmare. We had a reservation, but yet they had no table set aside and asked if we were willing to sit outside. Then our waiter had no clue what was going on and was a great imitation of Jeff Spicoli. He couldn’t even tell us what domestic beers they had. It has a great layout and would be a great spot for happy hour or a good cocktail. Unfortunately the main course took almost 2 hours and the GM spent her night apologizing to every table. Will give it another shot so we will see.

Had dinner there last night and even though we were sitting in the bar area service was slightly slow but the food was excellent and the drinks were also. I have enjoyed cuvee beach for almost 15 years and this is a nice addition to this end of 30a.

Well Cuvée 30A is very hard to rate– so let me start with the positive. The food– which after all is the main attraction of any restaurant! The food at Cuvée 30A is sublime. By far and away the best we’ve had in years on 30a! Inventive delicious yet not overdone. We started with the fried green tomatoes, Brie and crawfish tails-this was taking NOLA cuisine to new heights. A well known critic once said if you want to really test a chef try his roast chicken– so I did. I have never had skin so crispy meat so moist and flavorful– truly a masterpiece! The quail starter and tuna entrée were equally wonderful. Thus the food without a doubt gets 5 stars!!! Why then did this review end up with only 3 stars you might ask? The service of course! It barely merited 2 stars. We had a reservation and were seated right away by a very friendly hostess — and then sat, and waited and waited. After 20 minutes a waiter stopped by and asked us if we wanted sparkling or flat water and we waited. Finally a full half hour after being seated another waiter appeared to take our drink order and seemed surprised when we asked to see the menu. The evening continued like this — olive oil was artfully poured for dipping bread, that other tables were served, but not hours– and it was a full 1 hour and 45 minutes before we were served our entrees. My husband ordered a glass of wine to go with his appetizer it arrived with his entrée and the wine he wanted with his entrée arrived with dessert. To make matters worse the table next to us tried to pay with a gift certificate that the women had been given by her new employer Sotheby’s whose real estate office is above the restaurant. The very friendly hostess to us refused to accept it– and made a huge scene about it. It was terribly unprofessional and made our dining experience very uncomfortable. Even if the gift certificate was not valid,(which I doubt) Cuvee30A would have been far better off taking it graciously. I’m sure the number of customers they lost last night due to that scene, many of us Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beach homeowners cost them far more than the value of the certificate. To say nothing of the loss of potential business by angering one if not all Sotheby’s agents! Mistake, big mistake! Our waiter to be fair did by the end sense that our experience had been less than stellar and comped our dessert – so they ended up with 3 stars! The food was so good I might go back to see if last night was just an off night!
