I had an exchange of 3 $ 1 packages of dog treats that my dog refused to eat. I broke one apart and saw the poor quality of the ingredients. I told an associate that the treats were terrible, she went to the office to get the manager’s approval and as she was coming out of the office door, the manager screamed out«How does she know?». The associate, Jill and another male associate looked at me and I at them in shock. Jill immediately and sincerely apologized. I told them«that’s really nice» and to just forget it and give me the District Managers phone number. Jill went back in the office to get the number, obviously telling the manager, KATHY of what I wanted and came out saying Kathy would be right out. KATHY came out after a minute, no number, saying that I could exchange them for another dog product. No apology offered. I really just wanted to leave the place after the manager’s rudeness and disregard for her customers and if it had not been for Jill’s apology, I definitely would have. This was not a bad day for the manager to act this way or she would have apologized, she is simply not a nice person and should definitely not be in charge of a store working with the public, not to mention how she must treat her employees. My review of Jill is 5 stars(she apologized for something beyond her control more than just once) and for Kathy, a MINUS5 star review.
