This location is one of Sally’s hidden gem. My hubby reminded me there was a inglewood store. When I went in the store the sales ladies greeted me and asked did I have any questions and directed me to what I was looking.
The store is usually stocked with the latest products. The ladies who work there are very knowledgable of the products and provide useful recommendations. I’ve never had a bad experience when I visit any of the stores so keep up the good work Sally’s.

Horrible customer service. I was the only customer inside the store the sales associates did not greet me nor did they asked if I needed any help. I will never go back to this Sallys or any Sallys again.

Theres a girl there that was very helpful with me today. She told me exactly what I needed to achieve the color I wanted. She was patient and explained everything. I did the process of using the products she recommended and my hair was not damaged at all thank you!

Horrible customer service. The whole staff needs to be fired! Its sad you can’t get GOOD quality help at this Sally’s. Sales Associates argues back & is very very rude! Even tho I found what I needed still felt i should never go back.

I stopped at this Sallys one night to pick up some items. I am creature of habit and will buy the same product over and over. I went to the counter and the sales associate grabbed a sale paper and pointed out that I would get like two items free if I purchased the main item. We went back to the aisle and she grabbed the items I would get for free… I was sold! How cool that she took the time to show me these items. I will be going back.
