I must have received a bad batch because this hair was not good. I feel bad leaving this review because the owner is nice and the customer service is good but the product was not. I had a few peoblems with the hair:
1. After washing the hair the wave pattern was gone. I like to wear the hair in its natural state to prevent heat damage.
2. It sheds a lot. I don’t seal my wefts, but this hair sheds more than usual.
3. The hair is not labeled or named. If the hair was good and I wanted to go back and order the exact kind, I wouldn’t be as simple as using its name.
4. The ends were dry and brittle even after deep conditioning, so i cut about an inch off the bundles.
5. The longest bundle tangles badly. I expect snags but after a 12 hour shift, you cannot run your fingers or a brush through it. You need to go in an finger detangle before you can run a wide tooth comb through it.
6. The hair was not weighed. This is a personal preference, I like to see how many ounce i am paying for. It’s also important to know the weight in order to ensure that I will be getting the fullness desired.
7. The price was $ 280+ for the three bundles (after the discount). I will not be keeping this hair for more than a couple of months. The hair is not something that I can care for and wear for a year or so.
As I previously stated, I’m not sure if this was just a really bad batch, (it happens), or if this was the result of a new vendor. Again, this is not to say anything bad about the business as whole, just that the product received was not up to par.

I went to Pretty hair company with my cousin about two months ago to buy Indian hair. We met Velda and she was so helpful and definitely answered all the questions we had about the care and upkeep of the hair. pretty Hair company has tons of variations of textures and lengths and i would definitely suggest this store to anyone! I got the 24 inch deep wave Indian hair and it hasn’t shed at all and has kept its length! Which is super rare to find these days. I just wanted to stress that the quality and the prices here are the best and I don’t agree with any of those negative comments below. My cousin and I had a great buying experience here and I will be buying more hair soon again for a different hair style !

I love pretty hair, the owner is down to earth and knowledgeable about hair in general, if you take care of the hair, it will last for years. She is cool like a big sister and will help you pick out hair that works for you and her prices are the best out there

I never leave reviews, but I had to speak up and say this is my favorite place to buy hair. The owner is amazing, gave me a discount cause I was a student, and my hair lasted for years! Love it and I’m sad they don’t have a website anymore because I live in NY now and you can’t beat PSH’s prices.

I’m so unsatisfied I don’t know why I ever stopped at this place within the fifth day of wearing the hair there is tangles. Every day you lose more than a handful detangling. How do you go from 26 inches to a 8inch that doesn’t move that’s stiff .
I’ve had curly hair multiple times and I’ve never had these problems … Nobody can hug you, put their arm around you or else your hair is going stiff immediately
This is so disappointing when you buy three hundred dollars worth of hair and it looks like you bought synthetic $ 8 hair … I’m just saying my experience with four bundles of the hair was terrible buy at your own chance … Fyi I had two bundles in week one it tangled by Friday I took it out and bought two more bundles week two I installed the new bundles it tangled by Thursday so within two weeks time I’ve spent over three hundred dollars on hair that’s worth ten dollars I’ve got my hair done twice that’s another hundred so with all the wasted money im upset … And my hair looks like chaos

I Love this place. The only place I buy my hair. I’ve bought hair from here three times and it has all lasted over a year. Great service I will be back !

Sorry Pretty Sexy Hair as bad as I wanted you to be one of the few good hair suppliers you weren’t even close not even by a little bit… And I hate to say it but I wasted my money big time I’m glad it was only for two onces of hair and not 8onces of hair or i would have really been pissed… I’m just kinda salty now because I wasted money having it installed and now have to spend more money to buy new hair and to also have it reinstalled so with that being said I wont be returning… I don’t know if the hair I received was maybe a bad batch but it was not the business it was like putting cheap $ 10 beauty supply hair in my head and for me thats a definite NO NO I couldn’t even last the whole night at the club last night with out that hair matting all up on me I walked in with 16″ and by the time the club let out i left with 10″ probably 8″ the way it was all balled up on my head I looked like a damn fool with my good hair on the top and the hair i bought all balled and matted up underneath… Oh no honey that was not a good look then I had to come home and wrestle with my hair to get the nappy knots out when I shouldn’t have to do any of that if it was some good quality hair… you know you have some good quality hair when u can run your fingers thru your hair after a night of hard partying and still have life and body in it but this was so not the case so ladies if your thinking about trying this spot then enter at your own risk you have been warned and this is only for the Indian curly hair that I had straightened out I cant speak on the rest of the hair… but yeah this is a no go for me and a hair DON’T & WONT NO MORE!!! Oh and the extra star is only for the customer service other then that it would have been Eek! Methinks not.
