I own a restaurant in Northridge CA. I ordered a large order of patties to sell here as part of the menu. We ordered a Beef, Chicken and veggie assortment. They are absolutely amazing. I sell them 2 for $ 6.00 and the guests love them. Come check them out at Falafel Palace in Northridge. They also come with a fresh condiment bar. The patties are made fresh from scratch including the pastry dough. Jeffery the chef, is very professional and always goes above and beyond every time I order them.
