I never realized that I had lost clothes, until I was putting my clothes away when I got home. I went back to this laundrymat and asked the maintenence to ran the video from the day that I did my laundry. I left my tel number and the info of the day and the time specifically that way it won’t be hard for them to ran it. When I came bac the following week, the maintenance lady told me that there was problems in the camera and they couldn’t give me the info. It’s a frigging 24 hours laundry mat in Inglewood, not having a camera working tell me how how safe is that. And I was always next to my clothes whenever I do my laundry. SMH to this laundry mat and I sure wish that the maintenence people know that the camera ain’t working, for safety is the main issue in inglewood. But I guess the owner doesn’t want to be responsible with the employees safety and they most likely don’t give a shit at all. At least they are near hospital

Says to redeem a free wash– the employee would not give. Couldn’t believe it. What a joke. Smh

The only time my bestie and I did laundry on our LA trip a few years ago. I don’t understand the negative reviews. It is self serve laundry. Way better than some of the places near my place. My clothes smelt fine but then again we bought laundry boosters from the rite aid nearby so maybe that helped. We didn’t care about the clothes being perfect given the LA air compared to home. We just wanted to get the sweat out.

Hmmmm… Where do I begin! Its Tuesday and the lady in the morning shifts is so rude!

This place is super expensive, parking sucks, they never has nothing, nothing is ever stocked, restrooms are always closed out of order staff is rude and dont know what they are doing. I asked the lady if she can put more receipt paper on the machine so I can use for my job and she said «oh it ran out and we cant put more» .are you kidding me u cant remove it from the other machine and put it on. or at least put up a sign so people know. No paper towels to dry your hands. The only good thing about this location is that its open 24 hrs and a 711 across the street. After today I will no longer invest my money in this location.

Big, 24hrs, however they have 7 small machines only three working, but hay it is what it is.

The offer advertise for this location is bogus. The attendant said she knew nothing about it, or her phone conversation was more important. The place is not too clean either. And the bathroom doesn’t work.
This location is horrible.

Rude rude rude staff. Came here for first time because I had to wash my clothes for an early morning interview and as a first time customer It was bad. Lady was rude. And the «check in» deal is false advertisement. I asked the employee and she got all grouchy at me. Didn’t wanna help me and simply gave me a rude attitude. Bad bad bad. Smh. Whatever tho the one star is for the washing machines doing their job. Haha

I went to this place and they had to call the manager who said no to the ‘yelp’ free 20lb wash you are supposed to get for checking in even though I had told them I’m washing about 50 additional lbs of laundry. They will not honor the free 20lb wash no matter what. The place was dirty and they were out of laundry cards so I paid the lady 6 $ for the big 5.75 dollar washer and I guess it wasn’t important to give me my .25 cents change but I wasn’t going to make a fuss over a quarter. I’m upset that their Unilocal ad got me here but was not honored. The parking sucks too. People are double parked in the tiniest parking lot where you end up trying to back out right onto oncoming prairie street traffic. Only good thing about this place is that it’s open 24 hours unlike the ones near where I reside.

Typed most of my review in too fast. After washing and drying my clothes. I had 3 different loads they came out smelling worse then before. They picked up some awful scent I assume was from the dryers. They must have not cleaned them recently. Hint hint Laundry owners. Disappointed. I had to spend another 15 at another laundromat the next day.

Not many 24 hour laundromats left in LA. I was a little worried about the neighborhood but everyone here seems cool and going about there business. 1am visit mind you. Don’t bother bringing quarters they have card system here. 1.75 for small wash. 3.25 medium 3.75 for large. Front loaders only.
Attendants there ²⁴⁄₇. Parking may be a bit of a pain. They also need some folding space. They have flat screens to watch tv n pass the time.

Great laundromat. Fair pricing and cleanest one in the neighborhood.
