after dropping my wife at the airport, I stopped in to Banadir for a Somali lunch and to watch a Mexico group-​stage game of the World Cup. then noticed this small barbershop right next door. from Mexico, they too had the match on, so got to keep watching. I don’t recall how much I ended up paying or tipping, but within a few dollars of $ 15 one way or the other. and the cut was really good. I always go in for cheap, out-​of-​the-​way places, and often end up with bad haircuts. this time it came out well.
and not sure if the name Joel is correct – was trying to read it off of Google street view well after the fact and the first letter isn’t clear.

Was directed here from Joes when I was too late to make it before they close. Glad they told me about Joel! These guys were quick, did an awesome cut, and are a little cheaper and stay open later than Joes. Glad I know about these guys!
