walked in told the girl it was my first time she explained the price range and all the options u can get, i looked thru the book picked the one i wanted placed my order and waited for my free strawberries with the Unilocal coupon :) i waited at michaels next door! :) easy peasy! i will b back! :) the girl was very helpful and patient! :) good job!

Great arrangement!!! Very beautiful, fresh, and scrumptious. The delivery driver called me and I wasnt home. I told him I was 10 minutes away, he drove to my location with no hesitation. Great great great experience. Highly recommend!!!

If I could give a negative star review I would. I ordered 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries for mother’s day… a week in advanced and when I went in to pick them up I ended up waiting 30 minutes for my order. The guy helping me went to the back area to pick up my order, 15 minutes later he came out with one box. I asked if it was the 24 strawberries and under his breath he said something about someone else taking 2 boxes. He then returned to the back and 15 minutes later came back with one box again. Again the guy had to go and look for my complete order, he finally came out with two boxes and his excuse was that my order was separated… aparently the back area is huge if it takes 30 minutes to find an order. When I got the home and gave my mother her gift, half of the strawberries in one box were starting to go bad. The service and quality at this location is horrible. I previously picked up an order at the Manhattan Beach location and it was great, I figured the quality would be the same… that was a huge mistake. If you have a choice, do not order from this place… make your own fruit creations, there’s no way it could be anywhere as bad as the creations done at this location.

So we got this thing at work. The fruit had bugs in it! Ugh! But when we called, they hooked us up. Same day they delivered two more which were bug free. I cannot complain when my mouth is full. Fact!

I’m so angry with this place! Called and placed my order 2 hours in advanced for pick up. I ordered half white chocolate with chocolate swirl on top and the other half milk chocolate with white swirl. This order was for pick up just in time for a kids party. When I arrive, my order was lost. Which means… they hadn’t started. Are you kidding me? They lady said it would take 20 mins to make. Ok! Fine! Even tho I was on a timely matter, I waited! My strawberries came out, I take one look and I’m more pissed than ever! My order was incorrect! All strawberries are dipped in plain chocolate! This is a joke, right? I had to explain to the lady… very slowly! How I wanted my strawberries! I’m not speaking in no other language but English! Hello??! I’ll never place an order here again. waste of Money and a waste of my time!

They charge full price for bouquets with old brown fruit, some even had torn plastic around it! I ask if can get a fresh one, all they said was what you see is what we have. When I walked in no one greeted me either, the employees are rude also. They Seemed frustrated every time someone else walked in, stay home if you don’t wanna make business .also they don’t give box stands so your arrangement won’t fall in the car!

I should have read the Unilocal reviews. It is exactly the way people say it is. The driver lied about delivering the arrangement, and they refused to make up for it. They missed the occasion, and still wanted to charge a full price. I indeed was asked if I wanted my money back, even after I told them I would tell everyone the business was bad. I told them I would tell everyone I knew that the business was terrible, and they offered nothing to make up for their mistake! They even refused to return my phone calls, in a timely manner.

Their customer service is horrible. When I called to let them know that my wife didn’t receive everything that was included in her package, the first thing«Kio, or Kia»(thats the name she gave me) asked me was, «Do I want my money back?». She didn’t even try to accomodate me, give me a coupon, or anything. The next question was«Do I want to come pick it up?»(I’m at work, downtown Los Angeles). I then requested for her to have them resend the missing items. She said that she has to check… I recommend this place to no one. This is the worst place to ever do business with. If it wasn’t alread deducted from my account, I would have cancelled my entire order. I should’ve looked on Unilocal before ordering from this store. She couldn’t even give me an estimate on when they would deliver, and my wife’s job is literally 12 streets down. HORRIBLE!!!

What I ordered looked nothing like the picture, It was missing fruit, the vase was not the one I picked out and the presentation was very sloppy. I can’t believe I paid for this service I could have done a better Job myself!!! All they could offer me was to exchange the strawberry bouquet! How embarrassing would it be to have to ask for the bouquet back from my bf so they can fix it??? Have some common sense people! I will never ever order from this store again!!!

Terrible customer service. My sister placed an order from out of the country for my birthday. The order was never made and delivered, they never bother contacting her… when I called the manager said that the credit card gave the message as «possible fraud». But guess what? My sister was charged and paid for the order… I know mistakes happen, that is ok but the manager, on a rude manner gave a hard time to let the credit car company knows the order was NEVER made,…and this was supposed to be a nice surprise from my sister :( .the fruits are very good but order from a different store If you have to. Rude manager… this is not the way to treat customers.

I ordered a «NASCAR» arrangement on-line for Father’s Day to be picked up at the store on Father’s Day morning. I went in to pick up my order then I had to wait, when they brought out my order it was correct. I ordered a «NASCAR» arrangement which would of come in a «NASCAR» container, what I got was a checkered flag container. When I told the girl that this is not what I ordered, I then asked to speak to the manager. The girl came back out and told me that the manager said that on the web site that the product container may vary. And on top of that I paid extra for numbers to be included with the arrangement, which they had to take the basket back in the back to add the numbers. the manager NEVER came out to talk to me. It sure did vary from a NASCAR to a checkered flag. As of today the store manager has never called me. I have been dealing with the corporate office. You figure with the amount of money you spend the manager would come out to help you. In my case NEVER saw her. Will not be returning to this location.

I REALLY wanted to make this place work. I tried it twice, and both times I was disappointed. I can’t remember what happened the first time but the manager called apologized and asked me to try them again in the future. I tried them again about 6 mos later. This time some of the fruit was spoiled, which made my guests stop experimenting with the arrangement altogether. The presentation was ehh, and the cello wrap was sticky and gross. My daughter picked up the arrangement so she didn’t know any better. I tried to contact the owner to let her know what I received from her store and she never would return my call. So either her employees are keeping the complaints to themselves, or she DOES know what kind of service she is putting out there. Well I hope she reads this review, and tightens up her shop. I would give this place no stars if I could. If I knew the fruit was going to turn out this horrible I would have gotten it from a different store. Or not at all. The ordering experience was fine, but the fruit itself was combinations of, under-ripeness, smushiness, and a down right bitter flavor. The only pieces that were worth eating were the pineapples which were quite sweet. The rest of the bunch was worthless. And for the price of $ 55, it was not only a waste of money and time, but it was insulting for them to think that this is what fresh fruit is suppose to taste like. If I EVER bother with this company again, it will be to tell them to eliminate this Inglewood store. It’s obviously where they send all the fruit that didn’t make it into the more decent baskets that are actually worth the money.

My valentine’s day was ruined because of this place. I ordered everything online with a note specifically telling them that the order must be made in the morning because of the occupation my wife works as. I came home that day only to find out that my wife didn’t receive anything. I called to Edible Arrangements and was told that the delivery was made in the afternoon. Then they said if i cancelled the order i wouldn’t get a refund on the delivery cost even though it was not my fault. So they go ahead and deliver the next day with the valentine’s day message i wrote missing. I was pissed with the whole experience. Even if they couldn’t deliver at a specific time, then at least call me with the 2 phone numbers i left to tell me so that i can arrange a better time.
