Absolutely a rat trap. I ended up staying there because there were no other hotels available. Had I known the special Olympics were going on, I would have cancelled my trip to LA. Anyhow, I slept with the lights on because I was to scared to cut them off. I found a crawling creature in the bathtub and poop on the toilet. Stay clear of this place!

EXCELLENT customer service. I searched the area and stopped at over 20 motels before calling this one and finally finding a vacancy. Thinking the hotel was bad because of that I took a chance anyways and WOW. For the price the rooms were very well kept, the layout «bungalow style «was refreshing and the owners/​employees were very polite and professional. If you are in the area you might want to try this room out before wasting time searching others!

This really a awful hotel. The rooms really small and it’s hard to move around. The manager asked for key deposit. I asked him for receipt and he was very reluctant to give me one. The hotel was very dingy outside. This not a hotel I will stay in again.

Seal Beach, CA
Conveniently located a few miles from LAX airport, this place is awesome. I have stayed here a number of times and my stay has always been pleasant. The rooms are tidy and well kept, the pricing is fair and the management/​staff are very friendly.
I recommend this place to my friends who fly into or out of LAX as its convenience is a major plus. Definitely suggest giving them a try instead of one of those rip off hotels near the freeway.
