This in n out is great! A fast food place that has kept its quality for a long time. Every time i come back here i feel like it gets better and better. They also have great service. All the workers here seem to smile for everything that you ask for and work hard.

Service is great, but for the past few times we have been here the French fries taste stale, like old fries. Other than that, burgers are great!

Don’t be deceived by the long drive through line. It moves quick. Unless you give up easily, then by all means leave.

When it comes to chain stores the expectation is that consistency remains the same across the board of each in n out. However, growing up this was my go to establishment, and I cannot help but think there is something about they way they make their food that it more objectively familiar, and thus better than anywhere else. What sets this place apart from others is how the burger comes together. May be they season their patty a bit more, or toast their buns a little longer, but there is something familiar about their taste that makes me always come back for more. There is almost always a line through the drive thru or a battle for tables dining in, but that can be said about almost any in n out. The service here is always on point, and the establishment is always kept nice and tidy. You might have your own in n out joint but for me this is home base. All in n out burgers are matched against this place and, almost always, this joint gets the nod, for me.

Nothing more to say about in n out except it’s ALWAYS delicious! Cheap prices for great food. There’s usually a small line, but that’s to be expected of great food places. This particular location has a big parking lot, so don’t worry about find parking! I usually get the combination #2, which is the regular cheeseburger meal. You can customize your order by asking for chopped, grilled, raw, etc. onions, or by asking for protein style(less carbs as they sub the buns out for lettuce). There’s a bunch of customizations! Just look for in n out secret menu online. One meal is probably $ 5 or $ 6, which is not bad at all! The wait would be 5−20min(20 is on the extremely long end)!

I love in and out HOWEVER, I came to this location and they are fast but not so friendly which is understandable because they’re always busy. I came here on 11.16.15 and my food was raw which grossed me out I couldn’t eat anymore the meat was still pink that is not good. meat should always be cooked throughly NOMATTERWHAT !! I won’t be coming to this location because it makes me sick just to think about the raw meat. The costumer lady was very helpful and even offered me two meal vouchers which doesn’t make up for the raw meat but it’s a nice gesture that’s why I am giving in and out 2 stars.

Seriously my go-to place for a burger when I’m hungry around campus(cal poly Pomona)! The employees here are pretty fast and quick with the orders(except during rush hour when everyone gets off work, the drive through line can get quite long). I love ordering the Double Double(so juicy) and when I’m feeling healthy, the lettuce wrap! And I can’t get over the animal fries! Makes me feel a bit guilty when I order that and haven’t gone to the gym for a while. Can’t live without this chain!

My favorite in n out so far. Been to the one in DB, Glendale, and one by Brea. This location makes my double doubles just right and they are juicy. The DB one usually overcooks a little and doesn’t taste as fresh. in n outs fries have been hit and miss for a long time now, either soggy and undercooked or hard and crispy with no flavor. When they do come out right, like they used to long ago, it’s a blast from the last. But hey, I come for the burgers and they are on point at this location. Line can get long but that’s expected at in n outs. Wait time isn’t that bad tho. Would be coming back here if I hadn’t moved to OC

Do people really read Unilocal reviews for In-N-Out? Oh well, I’ll leave one anyway. The best thing about In-N-Out is that you can always expect CONSISTENCY… or maybe I just have the greatest luck with all the in-n-out’s ive visited thus far. There’s consistency in the genuinely happy workers & consistency in your meal — what more can you ask for? MYORDER is as follows: cheeseburger with extra everything(yes, this is possible. cheap azn alert), chopped chillies, fries, and a Neapolitan shake(only if i’m in a «treat yo’ self» typa mood). This is one of the BEST meals you can get in the area for less than $ 7. Don’t forget to top your burger with ketchup and a sprinkle of black pepper with every bite if ya feelin’ fancy~~ Warning: if you decide to get onions in your burger, your breath WILL stank. Warning #2: If you bring this back to work with you and eat it in a conference room, you WILL stank up the room and make people jealous of your lunch choice. LOCATION/PARKING: free. no complaints. it’s located in a pretty standard shopping center with the Michael’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Chipotle, etc. Parking shouldn’t be an issue. OH and shout out to the worker who went out of his way to open the door for me when i exited ~~ call me at 1−800-HOTLINEBLING ;)

In N Out is love. In N Out is life. Nothing but fresh amazing burgers and fries here haha. I enjoy most In N Out’s, and this location is great as well. Juicy fresh burgers, and crispy well seasoned fries. Will enjoy In N Out for many years to come!

I love a hot juicy in-n-out cheeseburger every now and again — extra chopped and grilled onions ftw! The fries, when fresh, are to die for, especially with a pinch of salt and generous ketchup MmMm i’m salivating. Down all this goodness with a diet coke, extra ice, and i’ll be in the best mood for the rest of the night! this location has lots of parking, and a spacious outdoor eating area that’s perfect for dining out during a warm sunset. enjoy!

I will have to say that I’m lucky. Why do I say this? Well its because I have the choice of 2 in-n-outs to choose from(Diamond Bar and Industry). Of the two locations more often then not I’ll choose this location. I find that this In-n-out is what you would expect from an In-n-out. You get your food quickly and you get you get it done right– n’uff said! Pro: –Great food, as always –Quick wait times –Friendly Staff Con: –None so far Overview: Look one of the reasons why I choose this place over the Diamond Bar location is that this location does what they don’t. Here you will have you drive-thru lanes well managed, short wait times, and food done right. It’s simple here, no asking twice or asking it to be redone or wondering why you’ve sat by the pick up window for 10 minutes. I think there is beauty in simplicity.

Is it weird that I think this location tastes WAY better than the other ones? I think it might be because they oil their bread and toast it or maybe its the perfectly melted cheese and grilled onions? Who knows! I would drive the extra miles just to come to this location! Their service is always great and I have to admit, I’m here at least once a week #noshame

How can you go wrong? In-n-out is a California staple. I usually opt for a cheeseburger with whole grilled onions and fries and have yet to be disappointed. With the cheap, but quality menu selection, how can you be disappointed! The quality of the food is always fresh and the food comes out relatively quickly. I really don’t even consider in-n-out fast good. Additionally, the service is friendly and the establishment is clean. Also, it’s always fun to try things off the«secret menu» even though it may not be so «secret.» I would highly recommend! Also, to add an extra kick to your ketchup, put pepper and the juice from the peppers and mix it all up with a fry. It’s pretty dang delicious!

For the past year my heart and stomach had been torn between Shake shack and In n Out and I’m not gonna lie my stomach chose shake shack for a while. I haven’t eaten In n Out for almost half a year but decided to come today and realized how WRONGANDDUMB i was to ever think shake shack has better burgers. Considering the quality and price and taste and basically everything. In n out is seriously WAYY better. Sure shake shack has juicy burgers with to-die-for buns but the price makes it almost not worth it and their crinkle cut fries are NOBUENO. Anyways, sorry in n out for ever betraying you. I will never ever ever love a burger more than you. Ps. Get the buns extra toasted and ask for extra lettuce if you love crunchy texture like me

Usually I would give 5 stars as In and Out always delivers excellent food and service. However, today was not the case. Annalisa, I’m putting you on blast. Annalisa, who I describe as a blonde, white female server was VERY rude to me today. I ordered my normal order — a double meat hamburger with the tomato to the side and extra grilled and raw onions. Easy and straight to the point, right? I guess my order pissed her off or something, because as short as my order was, she asked me in an annoyed tone, «no drink? No fries?» I kindly said no, and she rolled her eyes at me. The total was $ 3.27 and I only had a $ 20… But she still gave me attitude and even acted as to THROWMYCHANGEATME. She even knew that she threw it, because the coins dropped awkwardly on the register. Did she pick the coins up? NOPE. I had to pick it up myself, even though she literally THREW it at me. Her attitude was the worst. I did not feel welcomed to order a damn burger and pay in cash, lol. + 1 Star for the food. But if I can give it 0 stars I would, because customer service is everything. Even my boyfriend, who was standing next to me, was like«what’s her problem?»

I really like this locations in-n-out because its usually very clean, good service, and fast whether it’s dining in or togo! Hahaha! A lot of my friends used to work here in high school! My favorite is the #1 double double with grilled onions-animal style-chopped chilies added! and of course top it off with their famous pink lemonade… delicious! I know cause I went last tonight :) life of a foodie! Plus i feel like their fries here is always ONSPOT!

Just like any other In-N-Out, quality of food is served. This location offers outside as well as indoor seating. This location is the closest to the nearest colleges/universities(Mt SAC and Cal Poly). One trait I do like about IN-N-Out, you’ll find a bible verse at the bottom of the burger wrapper and on the lip of the bottom of every cup(Except water cups). Come here and you will not be dissatisfied of the food nor the service. Sometimes the buns are on the toasted side, but I don’t mind(I think it taste better that way).

The speed was good, and the parking was ample, but when you get a review based on one experience, this one gets demoted on the food. I’m sure I’ll return and change the review, but my entire order was just disappointing. One of my two burgers was soggy, yet overcooked. The bun was burnt, the lettuce was droopy. The first burger was actually just fine. The fries were overcooked, my napkins were greasy and a little moist, oddly enough, and I was just very sad with my experience at this location. It wasn’t particularly busy, or I’d blame it on a big rush. The tables were dirty, the seat next to me had a soda spill in it(that I rescued someone from accidentally sitting in), and it seemed like maybe the staff was missing a few people. Get it together, Industry-location In N Out. I’ve never gone below a 3-star on any other spot, and I know you can do better next time.

Quality fast food restaurant and I feel very lucky to have a location so close to my home. I enjoy ordering from their not-so-secret menu; in particular, the ‘Neapolitan Milkshake’ and ‘Animal Style French Fries’. You will not find this location empty, ever. The drive-thru line gets excessively busy during peak lunch and dinner hours, so I try to avoid those times if possible. I tend to get the late-night munchies and even at 11:30 pm, there are 4 – 5 cars already in the drive-thru. The service is quick, and the workers are very efficient and friendly. The restaurant inside, tables outside and the bathrooms are always fairly clean and well-stocked. I have been a frequent customer since the grand opening, and I have yet to encounter a rude employee or an error with my order. *knock on wood* Tip: Ask for extra packets of spread! Even though I order spread on my cheeseburger and fries, it is never enough for my gluttony self. I’ll be back :)
