I stumbled upon this coffee shop on accident thinking it was Its a Grind. To my surprise it was even better! I’ve been back a few times and each time my coffee tastes great. I love the little kiss mark on the coffee cup. I definitely would recommend this shop, it’s worth a shot!

First time I came across Sip I was hooked! Because we lived a distance away, my gf and I would make it a point to go to Sip every Sunday and it easily became our Sunday must! The lattes are always perfect, the breakfast flatbreads hearty and healthy (breakfast fuel), and the staff is ALWAYS WORKING HARD while providing a very inviting and genuine energy! Everytime we walk in and see Sam our faces light up because we know we’re in for an awesome visit!!! Perfect coffee shop/​café ambience and vibe!!! Go… NOW!!!

I love SIP! I am not local anymore but I come to town quite often for work. I always make it a point to stop here and get an iced coffee (they use cold brew and its delicious!!)
I’m also a big juicer and they recently added juice which is awesome since there aren’t many places in town that make fresh juice!
I’ve met the owner Kerry on several occasions and she’s always so sweet and helping out her employees, which is think is really awesome.
If you’re in town make sure you stop by! Sip, keep it up!:)

Sip Sip Hooray!
Very warm and delightful coffee shop. Great coffee décor, puns, and caffeine inspiration.
A delightful young man greeted me when I walked in and helped me choose my drink and snack. He suggested a hazelnut iced latte and I also ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and avocado (my favorite)! The nice young man seemed to be the only one working on what seemed to be a slow day and he made sure all of the customers were content with their visit at Sip House.
I was able to find a quiet corner with plenty of outlets around. The chairs around the coffee shop are quite comfortable and I was able to sit and sip into indulgence.
After my first visit, I was able to go back. However, I did not stay for very long because their air conditioner was not working on an incredibly hot desert day and they were also closing early.
I will try to visit again and enjoy another latte and bagel before the summer is over!
