Ok, I’ve only visited this store once and it was to upgrade my internet/cable package, but I had no problems during my visit. The store was spacious so it’s a pretty comfortable place to be if you have to wait a while for a service representative. We were with Greg, who was super helpful and nice. Since we decided to upgrade our cable box to the X1 system, we had to turn in our old box. It was just about closing time by the time we made it back to the store, but they still let us return our old box regardless. We didn’t feel rushed at all and were able to get all of our questions answered. I know Comcast is frustrating when you have to call the phone reps, so I’ll probably just return to this store whenever I have issues.

Great service! They were efficient, kind and knowledgable about what XFINITY/Comcast offers. I wish they could coach the Comcast customer service representatives that I talk to over the phone because my experiences with the phone reps have been terrible.
