During the day not bad, probably a 4 out of 5 but at night a 1 out of 5 they were super slow… Probably the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to… Waited almost 25 minutes in the drive-thru for low quality food that was not hot and tasted like it had been sitting out under the lamps for a couple of hours at least… Do not come to this location unless you are intoxicated in someway because that is the only way that the food is decent…

So I’m running a little late somewhere and I wanted to stop by and grab some of these delicious mini sliders that just melt in your mouth. I pulled up into the parking lot with a big old smile on my face thinking OOOOOOHHHYEAAAAHHH, I’m going to get me some White Castle. But then the tides changed… I pulled up to the drive-thru and this woman responded. She was a little hard to understand, but I can be hard to understand so it’s no biggie. However, she had a tone, which I really just did not prefer. So, I pull up to the window and she decided to have a nice tone, so I was like whateva, whateva, past in the past and never looking back. So ultimately I forgave her. However, the person at the second window was just ridiculous rude. I didn’t appreciate the throwing of the food with no smile, no thank you, or anything. Now, coming from a past in the food industry, I know it’s terrible. However, that’s your current job, so just kill the negativity and get some customer service skills. On top of the rude monstrosity, my food was cold even though I waited for 20 minutes. So, I made myself later to my destination and it was not really worth it.

As a native living OWSA Outside the White Castle Service Area I make it a point to grab a sack everytime I’m in town. 6 cheese no pickle fries and a cream soda is the usual. Tasy as always but could have been hotter and when I say no pickle and its on the receipt… let’s try and NOT put them on there OK! All in all you know I will be back.
