My girlfriend and I wondered into the AVG on Thursday afternoon. It is your average neighborhood pub but with exceptional cleanliness. This always reassures me when I choose to order food or drinks. The owner/​bartender and the few patrons we encountered could not have been friendlier. Our drinks were quite reasonably priced and although I didn’t eat, the food looked amazing. I would without question recommend this pub to anyone in the area.

This is a hole in the wall neighborly kind of bar. They have dart tornaments here. They have two dart boards and lots of darts to choose from. Customer service is friendly. One of the bartenders seem to think my boyfriend and I are cops. Funny! Little does he know I’m a Unilocaler! (that can dress) LOL It’s very laid back here, and I always come in looking my best, but hey that’s me! They have an outdoor patio area with lots of seating. What I love about this place is their Bloody mary’s. Mmmmm They are so good, thick and spicy (how I like ‘em) Sometimes they are $ 2.50 and sometimes they are $ 3. Either way that is such a great price for yummy Bloody Mary’s. If you like your Bloody mary’s thick and spicy, then come here and try. I just hope they don’t run out, like last time! Best cocktails around!
