We went in today just to get a couple of drinks, but were pleased by the service of Kaine. He gave us a nice tour of their current teas they have out to try, and was extremely polite in doing so. We highly recommend this establishment, and if we lived in Indy, would make a effort to go to come here.

Loved it! When we stopped in there, this guy named Kendal was very nice. He offered us samples and gave us his personal opinion of what to buy. when we checked out he offered us bulk tea and rock sugar. I think this guy deserves a raise

If you love the teas from Starbucks and want to make them at home, this tea will blow your mind! We bought the berry mojito to mix with lemonade just like Starbucks, and come to find out Starbucks uses flavor not real tea. So when you make Teavanna tea at home you’ll find it’ll be a million times better! Love their tea and products! Well worth the money!

I went to Teavana today to pick up some tea and a tin for my sister. This is the location that I normally frequent since I have always been treated well. I was greeted at the door with a refreshing sample of Youthberry/Wild Orange Tea, which was delicious! Matter of fact, I decided to purchase this flavor for my sister since she loves fruit based teas. The staff member whom gave me the sample also took the time to take me around the store, which was bright and inviting, to show me the items on sale. I appreciate this because I have been to a Teavana at a different mall whose staff members ignored me and then proceeded to ask everyone else who came in the store after me if they could assist them. I recommend this Teavana location if you appreciate good loose leaf tea and a continuity of professionalism that does not change from one customer to the next.

I LOVETEA… and i love teavana. The service here is outstanding. Yes, they are def trying to make a sale… and up sell… but with how annoying I can get when I visit, I appreciate the patience the guy had for me. They always offer up al their samples, have so much info, and provide great suggestions. I would like to think of myself as a bit of a tea connoisseur; because of the employees at Teavana I now know all my teas and what they are good for. Because their tea can be expensive(obviously a lot more than grocery store tea bags), I am very picky and indecisive when it comes to picking some out. The guy who helped me this past Saturday was awesome… he probably let me smell 30 different teas and combinations all with a smile on his face. I took forever to pick some out and changed my mind multiple times and he didn’t seem to mind at all. Just outstanding service! If you are a newbie, do not fell intimidated. They are so helpful; just beware they are incredibly convincing sales people and you will spend much more than you planned. Thanks guy for being so helpful!

My wife and I stopped in one day to explore the store. We both enjoy tea, but we are amateurs. Our experience has been limited to the grocery store box of tea bags, so we thought we could give it a shot. When we walked in we were greeted right away. As we told the employee we were just interested in learning about the store and tea in general, she was very patient and explained things from the equipment to the different teas. It was very interesting. For me I love the art of a tradition, whether it be beer, scotch or coffee. So the rituals related to having the right equipment, to preparing the water at the appropriate temperature… I love that stuff. HOWEVER, there are two things I didn’t like. 1. Location, location, location. I’m not a fan of going to the mall for anything 2. Price. You have to be prepared to lay down some cash to indulge this treat.
