Subway

Rudest employees ever! Was served by AnnTiarra who told me after requesting a certain sandwich ‘That shit is gross so we don’t serve it here’ even though the had a sign up for it. Then asked for wheat bread, which they were out of, and was told ‘Were out of that so you’re either gonna have to leave or pick something else.’
Wow…just wow.

I have been going to subways since the 90s and this is by far the worst subway i have ever been to. The owner is rude and is a huge penny pincher. They dont honor the franchise sub club cards (after you buy so many subs you get a free one) and they charge for every little thing they can. I asked for an Italian dressing packet to go on my ITALIAN bmt, my sandwich not having any dressing on it yet, and they charged me for it at the price of a cookie. Cost me 60 cents plus tax to get dressing on my sub I already paid for. It wasnt the money it was the rude atmosphere and the lack of courtesy to regular customers like myself. The owner here is an insult to the franchise. I have been going to this subway for 6 months and it got worse every day. I would stay away from this subway and go to the one on ameriplex parkway about 2 miles away. It is much nicer and friendlier.

We were very lucky to have the healthiest place to eat that once was open ²⁷⁄₇ rhere at the Airport. It’s probably the most reasonable priced food anywhere on the Airport property.
Update: Subway now closes at 11pm — wish management would have done something to prevent this from happening. Customers tried their best to tell management that the nightshift employee lost focus on quality and customer service!
Update on 10-​12-​2014 Since getting a new manager EMILY and new staff I have changed my opinion and consider it one of the best places to eat at around/​near the Indianapolis Airport — Kudos to Emily for changing the tone!
