They seem to keep this one a little colder than other locations for some reason. Also on a couple visits, they have been out of items I’ve wanted. It gets full really fast, but at least the staff is really friendly, and they have the all important drive-​thru! Very convenient if you are heading up 69!

Let me preface this by stating that I rarely reivew things. I have only good things to say about this stabucks, I frequent many starbucks and this location is by far my favorite. I am a very consitent person and like to go in when i know my favorite barista will be there. The service is wonderful and they really do make an effort to get to know you and to be friendly. A special shout out to Kevin the barista for being such a positive person and always brightening my day! I am always happier when I leave this location than when I come in. They have nice tables that have excellent light for studying and it is always very clean and welcoming. Additionally there are rarely lines inside of the store, but the drive through is usually busy because of the proximate location to the highway.

Frequent here.
There is usually a line in the drive thru and subsequent wait. Today was a it long though I was the only car in line. Customer service was poor today as well. When I did get my non specialized cold beverage the cashier did not look at me and leaned it our the window half tilted. This rubbed me the wrong way. Service is normally better. Perhaps he was having a bad day.
Inside the store it is clean and cozy. The bathrooms are also very clean.

Short and sweet review — This location offers your typically Starbucks faire. I marked this one down because the customer service is hit or miss with mostly misses. There are 4 Starbucks locations in my area and this is one I visit the least. Not the friendliest baristas I’ve encountered. Don’t feel the same welcoming environment I feel when I walk into other locations.

Love, absolutely love meeting at this starbucks! I will say however, that the service is very mediocre. They just make your drink and keep it moving. I am the type who likes to be sold or engage with others.

Service has taken a backseat, and standards have fallen. This once shining example of Starbucks franchise consistency has been pulled down by new hires who are difficult to understand (in person as well as on the intercom), and who appear to give no effort to customer service.
I can tolerate a decent amount of shenanigans but my experience this morning was so abysmal that I have to cry foul. Not only was the window attendant impossible to understand because of a lack of enunciation but he «no look» passed me my coffee and spilled it on my hand. Then he didn’t notice what he had done because he instantly turned his back on me. I would expect this from a Duncan Donuts or McDonald’s, but not a Starbucks.

Located in the Greenwood Park Mall, this Starbucks doesn’t have much room to sit and relax, and it’s typically pretty busy. It’s also one of the messiest Sbux locations behind the counter that I’ve ever seen. Not dirty. just messy.
That being said, everything I’ve gotten here has been comparable to other locations. Just plan on the place being messy, waiting in line for a couple of minutes, and not sitting around on your iPad relaxing.

I’m sure you’re asking yourself – do we really need another review telling us how good and consistent Starbucks is? Well, yes. This is the local Starbucks in my neighborhood, so I think it deserves some love for being so great every time I go there. They are fast, friendly, and consistent, which is everything you want in a coffee supplier. The atmosphere is great, plenty of space, tables, and some comfortable chairs, alongside a plethora of Starbucks objects to purchase. They sell their coffee, mugs, thermoses, and everything you could possibly imagine. They also sell baked goods, such as scones, muffins, sorts of sweet breads, even hot breakfast sandwiches, and more. I know we don’t need to know how great Starbucks is, they are, in fact, taking over the world, but hey, I appreciate the great service!

This Starbucks is, unfortunately, on my way to work … sigh. There usually is a line for the drive-​thru; I almost always park and go inside. It’s much quicker than waiting in line. Good solid service; I rarely have issues other than sometimes they put the sprinkles on my skinny cinnamon dolce latte and sometimes they don’t. Another reason to go inside …
I used to study here when I was in grad school. It’s small but you can usually find a table.

My Starbucks! or at least I like to think so. This place is why I spend a ridiculous amount of money for a cup of coffee. Friendly staff, nice place. Outdoor seating is a challenge due to Binford traffic. Inside fills up quickly if your looking for a place to work.
