Worst Starbucks ever. I stood there for several minutes before I was even asked if I needed something. You can watch the employees and see they don’t even talk between themselves. The mood is very depressing. Take my advice and drive a few more miles to a Starbucks that cares about their customers.

Everyone that works here is very friendly. I love coming in in the morning to get my morning coffee and sometimes a nice pastry item. I spent a lot of time here at night to working on my homework and everyone, no matter what shift, is always so friendly and eager to be helpful. This Starbucks is always clean. It is a little small but there are plenty of places to plug in your laptop if you need to.

My favorite Starbucks. Friendly baristas. My drinks are always well made and staff makes an attempt to know you’re name and make friendly conversation. Have experienced the«pay it forward» drive thru train a couple of times here which leads me to believe we have some kind customers and neighbors in this area. I love that even when the line looks crazy it never takes long.

I’m not normally up in this area so it was probably my first and last time coming here. No complaints about this establishment. It was clean, had quick service, and my coffee and scone were delightful. Just about what you’d expect out of any Starbucks.

Friendly staff. Just remodeled the interior with a new beautiful wood interior. They have a Clover machine to make the new high-end coffees the Starbucks franchise put out.

I’m the type of customer whose drink is unique(I know, I know) and memorized by a couple of the veteran baristas. «The usual?» they ask when I stroll in or roll up to the drive-thru speaker. I love my veteran baristas at this Starbucks. I even went on a date with one once!(Whaaaaat?) And I’ve been coming to this particular location for the better part of two years, so I don’t really feel bad about the rating I’m bestowing upon it today. It seems that they’ve recently hired a slew of new employees who a) have no experience working with coffee and b) fail to listen to your drink order in the drive-thru line, resulting in having to repeat it 3 – 4 times. So what happens in this instance? Well, it seems this Starbucks is keen on training said employees during their rush: when people need to get the f%#@ to work. So the long(LONG) line that runs all the way into the traffic on Girls School Road(literally) remains at a standstill for a solid 20 minutes. A solid 20 minutes of waiting, followed by a new barista that either gets your order wrong repeatedly or just pauses, followed by «…Um… What???» in the most monotone I-don’t-care voice I’ve ever heard. Look, I understand new employees need to be trained on making drinks and serving food as well as taking orders in the store and in the drive-thru line. But maybe rethink your plan of action and have the new guys MAKE the drinks during rush and TAKE the orders during the slower hours. Until they get situated, I’ll unfortunately be taking my business to the Starbucks further west in Avon. Sad face.

Terrible! I’ve stopped here for the past 8+ years and the lattes are not prepared correctly and the wait is long! Tonight zero cars in drive thru, not many inside. I waited at least 6 mins and the latte average.

Stopped in to get coffee for my long ride back home as I’m from out of state, and was very happy with the customer service from the staff! The young lady(wow that makes me sound old, lol) who took my order was very pleasant! The store is beautiful & if I had the time, I wud have loved to stay awhile & enjoy the atmosphere! And of course my coffee was simply to die for! Thanks for giving me a really nice moment in my day!

Seriously strong Starbucks customer service! Today, while ordering my Chai Frap at the Chapel Hill store, I mentioned drink purchased Saturday night at Avon store location. It lacked NO Chai and I would have returned except I walked in 5 min before close and they locked the door behind me. I was asking if I needed to add extra Chai pumps to get the Chai punch I prefer. Woman taking my order works at Avon store, apologized to me, ask me a few questions and then comp’d my drink. Wow! Wasn’t expecting that! I now take quick sip immediately if cold beverage before driving miles down the road. You know I’ll be back at both stores with attention to service like this.

While the drive-thru can be slow(generally the people placing orders), the staff is awesome! Very friendly & helpful & generally quick with an order. Seating indoors & out is limited, but still enough most of the time. Can get a bit noisy because of limited space, but not too bad.

When has Starbucks ever done me wrong? Well, today. This isn’t «my» Starbucks. I frequent others but was on the West side of town dropping my daughter for a night with her grandma and she requested a vanilla bean frapp. We drove thru and I must admit the server/speaker was very helpful, upbeat, and funny. And thank the sweet lord they had the horizon chocolate milk for the little one or we might have had an issue. SO, we get our chocolate milk box in a timely fashion but sat waiting for the vanilla frapp for an eternity! When passed to us I hand it to said daughter and like any smart person she eats the whipped cream off the top first as we’re pulling out of the lot. As we’re driving she says. ewww this tastes awful. She said it tasted like drinking just iced milk. So, my issue is just with this locale. Long wait, and a drink an eight year old turned her nose up at.

Great location if you’re looking to grab-and-go, but not to linger as seating is limited. The drive-thru can sometimes be a pain, so I normally go inside to place my order.

This is a pretty nice Starbucks location in my humble opinion. However, it is small, very busy, and does not have a lot of seating. It is suited for people like me – who come in to grab some joe – and leave quickly. The staff is friendly and always has drinks ready quickly.

I’ve only recently gotten into Starbucks, and while I have a favorite location to go to, it’s near work and I thought I would try this location near my home so I could enjoy my drink during my commute instead. For this location, they never have skim milk out and the baristas fill the coffee to the top. I have a very simple brewed coffee order and just ask for a little room to add my milk, and they can’t seem to comply. There are better locations on the west side than this one(Avon, Brownsburg). This one is usually not busy in the morning, which probably should have been a tip-off.
