Kind of a hot mess. They made a s’mores frappucino without any coffee in it. Not sure why, we were only customers ordering so not like it was busy. They were friendly but didn’t know how to Starbucks. Ordered coffee drink and got a lot of ice and milk but no coffee in it. Didn’t satisfy my coffee urge. Attached to a Sheraton hotel and it’s very stuffy, like they are trying to be high end but miss the mark. Dunno. Double«meh».

Nice, cool spot always. Never know what type of entertainment you might get in there with it being downtown on meridian. Only thing I ordered what I usually order at other locations and it tasted slightly different(white chocolate mocha latte) not sure what was up with that

Coffee is tasty. The few times I’ve been here, it seems as though they are out of stock on many of the food items. No card scanner.

Want to give this place a good review because of the friendly staff but in reality its not that good. My drinks never taste as good and the line always moves slow. I’ll trek a block farther to the one on the Circle to get my Bucks fix while downtown.

Filthy tables, a staff that is in no hurry whatsoever and no app reader for payment. Yes, they have to manually punch in the code from your phone. Did I mention no hurry? The employee ducked low behind the counter texting thought she wasn’t visible, like an ostrich or something, even though everyone could see her plain as day. Add the ambiance of a dozen homeless people standing in front of the doors and milling around inside hitting you up for a cup of coffee and a Rickers has more appeal.

This little gem is often overlooked as it sits inside of Sheraton City Center. Over the years I’ve seen two makeovers, and I believe this last one may provide optimal space. The hotel itself has added a seating area outside of the coffee shop, just in the hall area. The shop had removed several couches and put tables where they use to be… This is helpful to the business travelers that mostly frequent the hotel. The Starbucks isn’t as artsy or involved as a free standing Starbucks. The staff isn’t as hipster or as talkative as some of the other shops. They are mostly younger, high school or college students, who are friendly and upbeat. The service could be a little better, some of the lines get too long and at times the baristas are unsure of certain drinks. Especially ones that aren’t on the menu… I don’t mind the wait, considering it’s not one of the busiest Starbucks. Go here if you have time to spare, and are in the mood to lounge around in the lobby.
