I went to that *other* scrub store to get some scrubs and a lab coat. It was awful. Cue scrub identity.
This store is small but has a lot of sizes and colors to choose from. The people were really friendly and easy to find. I was greeted the second I entered the door. They were available without being pushy (I didn’t have to wander around to find them when I needed help.)
They have brands I’ve never seen before as well as my usual favorites. They have Butler, Colts, IU, and Purdue scrubs too! Prices were comparable to other places. I would go back for sure

Customer service does exist in scrub stores! I will definitely be back to shop for my scrubs at Scrub Identity! The staff was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, the dressing rooms were comfortable, and I simply loved the atmosphere… Not like your typical big box stores. My entire experience was topped off by finding out it is a locally owned store. I will definitely be back and refer my colleagues to Scrub Identity!

So glad I found this place while shopping in Castleton! I am a dentist & will only shop with Scrub Identity for my office uniform needs because of their fantastic customer support & extreme attention to detail/​follow up that they provide. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to outfit their office in medical uniforms.
