I kinda stumbled my way into here looking for some pink oil moisturizer for my daughter’s hair. I usually get the big container, it usually lasts about six months in my house. As I was looking the sales associates asked me have I heard of mixed chick products & I said yes. So she showed me a sally’s version. I picked it up because although my hair is more corkscrew curls than the loose wavy kind like my daughter’s, i’m always looking for better products for my hair texture. In my community there is a lot of emphasis that is put on hair. Either you put a weave in or you achieve it yourself. When I had time to do my hair everyday this past summer it was mid back length now I’m just barely below shoulder. It is very hard finding hair products for my hair texture, because I have two kinds.
As always I ended up spending ore than I planned but a girl has to have her do did right! So I walked away with this buruti oil that I’m absolutely in deep like with. It is perfect for after I wash my her & lightly coat my hair with it and my curls pop, just the way I like them to. I haven’t tried the oil on my daughter hair, olive oil is all I have ever used & it seems to work best for her hair type. Overall I’m a huge fan of Sally’s & I will keep using there products especially the hair mayonnaise deep conditioner. I use this once a week.
