Rob Rehm – Indianapolis Home Inspector

I wish I didn’t have to give even one star to this inspector. He took my money and told me the house I was considering buying all was fine. After I took possession of the home, I found out this house is a big, fat lemon. In the first week of living in my home, the blower fan/​motor of the AC broke, I found there were FIVE layers of flooring under the old carpet (and wet and moldy to boot), the sewer line was clogged, the hot water heater was incorrectly put in (no safeguards were used), the gas and water heater had no grounding, there is an outside faucet that needs to be replaced at the tune of $ 500. We will spend almost 20K on fixing and replacing things on a home that I was told had minor issues. DON’T use this company unless you like to spend your money!
