I’ve been living here for almost 5 months now and I love it! The staff is very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. I love my wood floors and balcony the most but the stacked washer and dryer are a close second. It’s a gated community and has very pretty landscaping. The fitness center isn’t impressive but the pool is very nice. The apartments are pretty expensive but you’re paying for good quality and a safe and friendly community. Highly recommend!
**Update: move out was a breeze and they were pretty reasonable with charging us for damages (we had a hard time potty training our puppy) but they lost documentation of our pet deposit and it took months to sort everything out. Moved out in January, came to the agreement that they still owed us $ 200 in March, still haven’t received reimbursement in April. Overall it was a great experience but the time it is taking to get our security deposit back is getting ridiculous.

I’ve been living here for 2 months now and it’s a great place! We have been caring for my mother who is in a wheelchair and the apartments are very spacious and easy to get around in. I love the ‘open concept’ and garden tubs. Definitely recommend living here!

I moved to River Ridge Apartments in August and have been very happy with my decision to move here. The staff is very friendly and ensure that your living experience is a pleasant one. The community is gated and well maintained. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and has a great floor plan. Love the attached garage! Nice fitness center and pool area. I’ve lived in several different apartment complexes over the last 7 years and have to say River Ridge ranks right at the top. Would definately recommend!

I’ve lived here for 3 years! Love the location! I’ve made great friends from staff, pool, gym &neighbors! Dog friendly which is a must! The maintenance have always done there best to get orders taken care of. Price is reasonable!
