Buyers be aware, you CAN NOT return items for money back and I didn’t see this advertised anywhere. You can only receive store credit and to add to it, if you shop at their pop up you have to use the store credit before they leave the pop up. Money doesn’t transfer to use at their truck.
Upon further review, I was not given the time I was told to use the store credit. They advertised via phone and social media how long they would be open. I planned out when I would travel to the north store based on what I was told through multi platforms. However, the store closed 3 days before I was told. I lost my store credit. After multiple times to reach out to the store on how to resolve the issue, I heard nothing back. Poor customer service compared to the other lovely boutiques that are in Indy that have been known to give gift cards when returns are made.
It really is a cute store, that gets some great stuff. I try to understand their return policy since they are a small local boutique but because of this experience I will not go back. Be honest with your customers during the holiday season and upfront about your return policy. Many people buy gifts that may just have to be returned.
