I needed a storage for a good price. There was a manager on shift named Liz who sat with me and went over the sizes and everything that I needed to get started. She was very patient with the details in helping me decide what exactly I needed. She thoroughly explained all the details and rules. She made the experience very pleasant and helped seal the deal of me becoming a customer. Great experience and great customer service at this Public Storage location.

This is the third time we have used this location Public Storage. We have never had any problems with the units or any other problems. They are clean and the property is well-​maintained. There is a property manager on site and it is a quick and easy to get to location right off of 96th street and I-​69. They have boxes and tape and other supplies you need for moving on site. Justin, who handled our check-​in was very efficient. I handled everything online including filling paperwork out online so it was super simple. They will charge you for a lock if you don’t bring your own and insurance if your homeowners doesn’t cover it. Other than that it was a quick and easy experience. I would recommend them anytime.

This is my first time Unilocaling. I didn’t know what else to do since my experience with Public Storage has been terrible. This was my first time getting a storage unit and it has been the worst experience ever. There seems to be a different problem each month and it takes weeks for them to resolve the issue. The office manager will consistently say she doesn’t have the authority to do things and gives us a customer service number. That number often gives us a different customer service number and that one ultimately tells us we need to call somebody else and will give us another person to contact. Their website isn’t linked to the storefront so they say so things are continually getting misconstrued and neither the office manager nor the customer service agents know how to fix it. We have been there for 5 months and are breathing a sigh of relief that we’ve found a new space.
