Super nice staff and the pizza is amazing! Strombolis are good too, though I still prefer a giant pizza! Big fan!

Best pizza in Indy! I’ve lived here for 4 years and have been on the search for good pizza since I moved to indy. I’ve found some ‘okay’ pizza but the search is over. Place is a hole in the wall. Don’t let appearances fool you.

While I was visiting in town I stopped here. Pizza was pretty good and the people in the shop were really nice. The wait was a normal time to be expected for fresh made pizza. The breadsticks were ok but they came with a cheese type of dipping sauce, I prefer marinara but it could be how this city does it so I’m not sure.

Their wings are absolutely delicious! Their pizza is good and I prefer it over Pizza Hut, dominos, and most big chain pizza places. The service is always great! It’s family owned and ran, they have an array of cool pictures from back in the olden days. This place is really a hole in the wall place. Love it.

This is my favorite pizza place in Indianapolis. It is a little hole in the wall place, so don’t let looks be deceiving. I go there every week. Their lunch deals are awesome as well, $ 5 for a personal size pizza and a drink. You cannot beat that!

The stromboli’s with brown gravy, mushrooms, onion, and pickles are legendary here. Family owned, they are still cranking out the favorites on the Indianapolis west side(Speedway area). I absolutely love their pizzas as well. #The317Live

Pasquale’s Pizza, a true local favorite! I know about Pasquale’s Pizza because of my dad who fondly loved eating at this location, so to me I have always grown up with the cuisine. For starters, it is in the same location that it has been for many years, in fact, it was probably the 40’s or 50’s when it first opened the doors on 16th street. Actually, I’m not sure on the time that it opened– just know it has been around for a very long time. If anyone has read my other reviews on Unilocal, one of the sayings I’ve always believed in is «if a restaurant has been in business for a long time, it isn’t because they serve bad food…» Once again, this is very true about Pasquale’s. Even though the name is «Pasquale’s Pizza», the truth is people visit Pasquale’s for their sandwiches, namely their Stromboli sandwich. If you visit Pasquale’s, especially if you are not a big pizza eater, please order the Stromboli sandwich. It is a ground beef/cubed steak type of meat on a garlic-buttered and toasted hoagie bun, topped with mozzarella cheese, can have either pizza or mushroom gravy on it,(me personally, I get pizza sauce with a small amount of mushroom gravy.) and either pickles or onions can be added on it. When it is served, it is a messy sandwich, but wow, it is GOOD! The true definition of comfort food! Other sandwiches are very good too, like their hot ham and cheese. I am not exaggerating about sandwich sales either– I ordered on a Friday evening, and watched 10 customers come in for their orders over a 20 minute period, 8 came in to pick up sandwiches, and 5 of those had at least one stromboli in each order! The pizza is also good here, it is a thin crust type, but is very cheesy and has a good flavor. I can see only the thick-crust fans being dissappointed with this pizza IMO. I also will order their pizza from time to time, mainly because of the strong appeal of the stromboli more than anything else.

Pretty good pizza, it is a little greasy so if you don’t like that then you won’t be a fan. Generous toppings and the cheese is really good. Breadsticks are alright, nothing to brag about, but would definitely order from here again.

The rough neighborhood in which this gem is nestled should not deter you from risking the venture. I’ve been getting pizza from them since I moved to the area about 8 months ago, and have yet to be disappointed. The pizza is good(but not the best) and is very consistent. The service is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great neighborhood pizza place. A gem in the rough(neighborhood). Simple pies but sometimes that’s all you want. Food: 5⁄5 Location: 3⁄5 — too small just take it to go! Service: 3⁄5

This is your basic no pizazz pizza with room for about 10 – 15 guests. This place has been here for decades, and they are about as friendly as it gets. Not the best pizza in town, but it’s a great value.

Driving by you probably might be inclined to NOT stop as the neighborhood doesn’t seem too safe from an outsider’s POV. That said, I am glad that we did as this seems to be one of the last real Pizza places that isn’t a damn chain left … Pizza was decent, and inexpensive(soda only .65!). Crust was a bit iffy but the rest was really decent. People were friendly. My kind of place.
